This jug design is bad compared to the traditional milk jug. When first opening, it is difficult to pour milk without spilling. When closer to empty, it is difficult to get the last bit of milk out. I'm not fond of wasting milk. :( The milk itself is fine.

The new containers are really hard to open, especially since I have some arthritis in my hands. I have had to use pliers to get the top of & then there is the seal under that, which I also have to use pliers on or a knife. It may fit better in a fridge but it's no good if you can't open it!!!

I will no longer buy Milk from Sam's. This is the 3rd time I have had to throw out gallons of milk due to spoilage. Ever since the packaging was changed, bad idea, last summer the quality has gone down hill and now you can't even get to within 4 days of expiration date without spoilage. I'll be going elsewhere for milk from now on.

I love the shape of the container and the milk is great but the lid has a seal with a tab to pull off and it often times breaks off or is ridiculously hard to remove. We sometimes have to stab the seal with a knife to remove it. It’s been like this for years. I wish they would change this

Fair price/ wish it came in a 2 pk for same price but convenient that they carry whole milk

This milk was sour and i contacted my local sams and i was treated very disrespectgul.

Milk got stale 3 days after opening even though it was refrigerated. We had to throw half of it.

Sometimes got dirt in milk. Need to filter
