They do not leak. So much better

These MM Multipurpose Ultra Premium Absorbent Pads, 23" x 24", 120ct. are so much better than the cheaper pads. I have two indoor Shih-Tzu's who use the pads multiple times a day. The cheaper pads leak, leak, leak. My Sam's club didn't carry these, so I ordered them via shipping. It is a relief not to have to sop up doggy pee throughout the day. The price is worth it and still cost less than other brands that work.

Lower Quality Continues

These pads are getting lower and lower in quality every time I purchase them. These are practically see through. I'd attach a picture but it won't let me. Bring back the pads pre-Covid. We're already paying more.

NOT PLEASED!

These used to be the best available but they've gone downhill every year it seems like. Before the updated box was launched, we received some that had brown stains on the white part. This new box with the new image is even worse. The “filler” cotton or whatever you want to refer to it as, is sparse in some areas or even completely missing. This allows the urine to slip right into the layers and it seeps through to the rug under the pad. Horrible quality that hasn't improved and now we may need to switch brands all together which is so aggravating when considering price and quantity.

Floors and hands full of pee! Bad product

These pads clearly did not go proper product testing. They did not even compare them to their own existing line. Maybe they did but with cups of water not with actual puppies. These are the farthest thing from premium! Go for the originals do not get these. I saw them as a new product and got encouraged to try them. I now regret having these boxes. Every single time I go to clean the pads I get my hands just covered in urine because these always leak out. They have a unique way of feeling unnecessarily durable on the plastic side, but completely lacks quality on the absorbent side.

Not absorbent at all

I tried these over the other ones sold by Sam's in the red box. These are supposed to be "ultra" absorbent, but they are absolutely not. These soak right through onto the floor immediately. The other ones don't. These are also more expensive than the other ones and are not any bigger. I will definitely not buy these again, they are not worth the money and do not do the job at all. I hope they do not discontinue the other ones because they actually work, these do not.

Why are these the only ones in the store?!

As others have said, these have become the standard pads in our clubs instead of the slightly less expensive yet much more effective pads we all used to purchase. These leak so much. I go through them so much faster as a result…but maybe that is the point. They are forcing us to buy more at a higher price. Shame.

TERRIBLE pee pads for puppies/dogs

I have a female miniature schnauzer @15 lbs, almost 2-years old. She is pad/paper trained, so it is really east to travel with her. Lay down a pad and she will pee on it. In the past Sams routinely stocked 2-types of puppy pads--this kind and a second (much better) type that has been renamed/rebranded as "Multipurpose Absorbent Pads" (red/white box). We have used the other type of puppy training pads for the past 2-years. However, for some reason the other type of pads are now hard to find at all Sams Clubs. My husband bought 1-box of the "Ultra Premium Absorbent Pads" on his last trek to Sams. The "Ultra's" looked different--the quilting not as tight and the filling more translucent. Thankfully I doubled the pads when I had our dog use them. These pads will NOT keep @1-cup of pee from leaking through to the floor. When I rolled up the top pad, there was about a fist-size "leak" spot on the second pad I had laid beneath the top one. Note we NEVER leave pads on the floor with pee on them, so this leak through happened IMMEDIATELY. I can not imagine what a mess people have who 1) have larger puppies/dogs %26 2) leave the pads out while they are gone for a puppy/dog to use. I'm not sure WHY Sam's has made it so difficult to obtain the Multipurpose Absorbent Pads, but there is nothing "premium" or "absorbent" about the Ultra Premium Absorbent Pads. Don't buy them unless you want to double them, or clean up a mess every time you use them.

In my opinion, these are the worst

These are the worst. If the dog potty’s towards the edge of the pad it runs off and goes under the potty pad. I will never buy again.

Not worth the money!

These are horrible. Even doubling them up it still leaks directly thru. I had better luck with the cheaper ones that I knew leaked. Atleast when I doubled them they didn't leak.
