Don’e bother ordering this grill.

Ordered this and it came, put it all together and the light up knobs didn’t work. Called Sam’s and they replaced it. Has to put the second one together for a second time only to see that it came dented. Don’t bother ordering this, unless you plan on receiving a grill that will probably have something wrong. I kept the dented second one and it works fine just expensive and expect it to have no issues.

Gift for family!

Bought one for my dad,he loves it. Saw this in the club and picked one up for Father's Day.He's been grilling for year and was very impressed,Said it's easier to use than his old one and cleans up way better and quality is high end,I'm happy with this purchase!

Great Quality and Performance

Easy and intuitive assembly. instructions. we're clear and I got it fired right up after. have cooled a few meals so far on it and it's working great for me, especially for the price. would recommend.

Damaged in delivery and Support is unreachable

I do not have any usage experience to report yet because the product I received has damage and repeated calls to the dedicated support phone number has resulted in no callbacks.

Nice upgrade from the original!

I like the pro version better than the original! Nice touch on the upgrades and still as good of quality as the original.
