With the exception of 2 steps, I assembled the grill myself in 4 hrs. The 2 steps that required 2 people were the placing of the substantial and heavy top burner assembly on to the base....and also the assembly and attachment of the side burner knob. I needed another person to push the rear burner from behind to make it flush with the metal while I screwed in the knob and secured from the front. It is important to give yourself enough space to keep all of the parts organized. Also when starting, pay attention to the orientation of the base in the instructions. You may inadvertantly put the side and rear panels on the wrong side if you are not careful. After assembly, the grill looks amazing. The matte black with the illuminated red knobs looks really sharp!

I was very impressed with how easy it was to put this grill together. The instructions were clear and the online app tutorial made it even easier. They didn’t cheap out on the hardware, it is quality stainless. The grill was well packaged. The one drawback is the “X” pattern of the grates. It makes it a little difficult to clean. Overall I am very happy with the purchase.

I was deciding between this Member's Mark Pro 5 burner or a Weber 3 burner. From my reading, I've never owned a Weber but they are highly recommended, the Member's Mark Pro is equivalent. Both have an aluminum cast body and stainless steel burners. The price made the Member's Mark Pro an easy choice. This grill is huge! Plenty of cooking surface. I like that it came with a griddle insert also.

I am so excited to finally have a really nice gas grill. Charcoal takes way too long when cooking for a bigger family. The quality actually surprised me and it was easy to put together. With 5 burners it heated up fast.

This is a really nice grill! Every time my husband cooks on it he says he loves it. Our oldest son put it together with no issues and in just a little over an hour. He said the instructions were great.

We love this grill! The black color is great looking and hopefully fairs better than stainless. This took about 2 hours for us to put together. It hard just several steps and parts. We like the diamond shape grill and so far it’s been easy to clean. The side sear is great for steaks. The grill gets HOT! 5 burners put out plenty of heat. Rolls well, great handle on the top and it is sturdy! It comes with a cover and a flat cast iron griddle. It even had a shelf to store it. Overall pretty happy with this.

It was about 1/3 the cost of comparable Weber we almost bought. Did take some time assembling but was able to complete myself. For the price it’s an excellent grill. Best I have ever owned. Side sear burner is nice plus.

We found out that the side of the BBQ was dented in about 1/2" when we put the top on, so the screws would not reach the cover. The box looked undamaged when it was delivered so it was shipped that way. We managed to make it work (I don't know for how long). We will have to buy longer screws for that section. VERY disappointing for such a large purchase. Apparently we aren't the only ones that had a problem with damaged pieces.

The grill itself looks good, but one major part at the bottom was dented so bad after being assembled you cannot open the bottom doors. The box it came in was not damaged so the item was packaged like that and should not have be included the way it was. Now we have to figured out what to do and this was not a cheap item, so we are very disappointed. And screws were missing as well.
