Bought this grill as a gift for my husband who is a grill fanatic. He even grills in the snow and rain! He loves his new grill and started using it right away. The secondary cooking surface is something his prior grill didn't have and he loves the convenience. The grill is sturdy and well made and the soft-close doors are a nice touch.

Summer is season for grilling together with friends and family. This is the perfect grill to enjoy the evening. Soft closing door helps us easy access to the accessories. The infrared side burners are dedicated for fast caramelization on foods like steaks or chops.

After using this natural gas version for well over a year, I can only say I regret this purchase. The burners do not get very hot and it takes a very long time to grill meats. The middle burners will not stay light, then won’t re-light to continue cooking in BBQ mode. Grilling has become a challenge.

Really happy with this grill so far! It heats up quickly and evenly, and the 64,000 BTUs provide plenty of power for grilling and searing. The sear zone works great for getting a nice crust on steaks, while the side burner is very convenient for cooking sauces or side dishes. The large cooking area gives us plenty of room to grill for the whole family. Overall, a solid and well-made grill for the price!

I'm really impressed with everything about this grill. It was fairly easy to put together and start it up! We tossed some burgers on there right away and it worked great. The flames were pretty even and it cooked evenly too. I really love how chic it looks too. Very pleased!
