Started out great the kids all loved it but in less than a month the inner parts of the slide that separate the sections and hold the shape all ripped and now it's either too flat it's hard to climb and you hit your butt on the edge of the pool or it's so inflated that it rocks and rolls side to side and has a big bump so you drop into the pool super close to the edge or almost tip over

Purchased WOW Cascade Pool Slide and after inflating noticed the water connection was not threaded. It is only a red piece of plastic sticking out where the connection goes. Contacted a plumber who said there was no way to connect the hose to that. Tried contacting WOW by phone and emailed their customer service dept. but have not received a response from either. I would appreciate someone letting me know if there is a part missing or do I have a defective slide. I would prefer not to have to return it - just would like to have a solution to the problem. I am uploading a picture of the hose connection on the slide we received. I look forward to hearing from someone soon.

Super bummed by this I have had this few just a couple of weeks and it's already popped or loosing air. I tried to use the patch it came with and that didn't close the hole. My kids LOVED this until it didn't hold up air. We were very careful when using it or moving it. Sad it didn't work out.

Does not stay inflated at all

It works just think price is a little steep for value

Like some other have stated, we used this twice for our young children and the inside parts ripped so the slide ballooned and became wobbly and unsafe. Not worth what we paid!

This was worth every penny. very good quality, at the end of the summer, when we packed it up, pick fold it down very nicely. And we bought a tote to put it in to store it. the grandkids really enjoyed this, it kept them busy all day. It also fit nicely on our deck. We have an above ground pool, and it worked out perfect.

This slide with the new designed materials and appearance is great BUT.. WOW makes a 2 person slide with a 300lb limit that is so much better. This one person slide is not as stable and NOT SUITABLE FOR ADULTS. The two person slide is wider and lets Mom, Dad, Grandparents and friends all enjoy the slide. WOW redesigned both the single and double pool slides for 2026 after the 2025 design repeatedly failed at the steps. I returned 3 of the 2025 design slides last year but the new 2026 design double slide has held up to kids and adults over 215 lbs for over 3 months now and no signs of wear or failure. For small children this single slide will be fine but it is not as wide as the double so it gets top heavy and dips on the sides with kids only 90lbs. Get the WOW double slide to keep everyone safe and inflate to 2lbs psi with a paddleboard pump.

Fantastic waterslide, our Grandson loves it! Colorful, sturdy and stays in place when storms hit.
