[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very comfortable chair. The shiatsu and heat features are added bonuses. Adjustable lumbar support. Leather is soft to the touch.

Great chair, not too hard to put together. Comfortable

Barely bought so I can't really review 100 . After 30 days I can submit a fair feedback

It appears to be a good product, so far so good. Easy to put together.

Great comfortable chair, plan to use it daily

My wife bought it for my birthday. Something that I have wanted for some time now.

Great materials. Comfortable and easy to put together.

Great chair. Beats out others I've had that were wonky or terrible

Needs massage and heat in the seat, other than that…great chair.

Unbelievable office chair! So comfortable and durable!
