I work from home and needed a new office chair. I got this for Christmas and even though its been two days of having it, i can honestly say it is a really nice chair. the assembly was not too hard, the comfort of the chair is perfect not too hard and not too soft, the heat does take a minute but I only used it once, and the shiatsu massage is perfect, you can adjust the pressure so its not intense or too light. so far no complaints at all.

Great chair for the money, easy to put together and a real space saver with armrests that retract and allow chair to fit under the desk. It has a very large/wide seat but nice tall seat backrest. All worked as advertised

Heated office chair with massage works well. The seat is roomy and if you’re leaning back, is when you feel the massage the most. The heat feature is fairly low. It’s not like a car’s seat warmer with 3 levels of heat, just one, low setting. I like that the chair feels sturdy, and not like the castors are going to break right away. Overall, for the price, I really like this chair. I wish it would “charge” and you could use the chair features without being plugged in but, it’s a solid choice.

I’m a big girl and I have been looking for a chair that fits me and this is it. Extremely comfortable the cushioning is great and the massage feature is what makes this the best chair. I think I’ve ever purchased loving it.

This chair has been a life changer. I work at an office for 9 hours and already had an office chair that was on the pricier side but this is a lot better for my back and comfort for long hours in the office.

Just got the chair. The instructions were in French and Spanish only. No English lucky I was able to figure it out fron the pictures. The massage is very nice. I think that I will truly enjoy this chair once I figure out all of the settings. I would give 5 stars if not for the instructions snafu.

Easy enough to put together by yourself. I tested it out and played around with the settings it’s not super powerful but it does feel good and the heat setting makes it better. I do kind of wish the massage part went up a little bit higher on your back or my back I should say I’m 5 foot eight

Overall this seems to be a really nice chair. It is well built and the material feels good. You can definitely tell it is heavy duty and made to support weight. Assembly was pretty easy and they send very nice tools to put it together with. The massage balls are a nice feature. The chair has good height adjustment and they can either rock or be stationary. For the cons: the massage balls have three different settings the only difference I can tell is the direction that they rotate. Additionally, these balls do not move up and down in the chair they stay stationary and only massage your lower back. For the extra price I had hoped that the balls moved up and down. Also, the back of the chair does not move independently from the base. Either the entire chair reclines or no recline at all. Overall this seems to be a really well-made office chair, the massage is a nice feature but I don’t know if it justifies the higher cost over some of the other office chairs.

Received damaged have a call into customer seller service still waiting to hear back. Also the app will not let me load photos?

Was sold defective returned chair, sold as new. The wheels showed wear and the packing was all taped with masking tape. I decided to proceed and when finished found out the massage and heat did not work. Wasted time assembling and returning to store.
