I can cream the cream cheese for 4 minutes until smooth and blending in the other ingredients in a single bowl making it Quick and Easy to end of job.

I've been very happy with the mixer and used it enthusiastically to make my Christmas cookies. So happy that I have it!

It has already made mixing cookie dough and other recipes SO much easier! I am 62 years old and my only question is......how did I cook all these years without this amazing kitchen tool?!! Still learning and challenging myself to new recipes each week to keep it active as well.

My only complaint so far is that at a speed of 2, it starts jumping as it starts getting my bread dough into a smooth consistency. Nothing major, but still surprising seeing how heavy it is.

I didn't think it was a big difference but it is. I was able to make a triple batch of cookies in the old one but now I'm lucky to make a double batch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve wanted this mixer for a long time and finally treated myself to it for a BIG birthday in November. The timing was perfect for making so many of my holiday goodies. I’m still getting used to turning it off and unlocking the head to lift it in order to scrape down the sides and add ingredients, but that will come with time. I’m looking forward to trying the spiral, shredder attachments that came with my mixer as part of a special promotion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old Mix Master finally needed replacing, so I bought a KitchenAid. There are several things I like & dislike about it. I love the metal bowl with the handle for ease of handling. I love how easy it is to attach the beater. I love that there are several attachments you can add to perform several jobs with 1 appliance. However, it is VERY heavy & cumbersome. And with the deep bowl and moving beater I have difficulty adding ingredients without stopping the machine. There simply isn't enough room. I've mixed cookie and bread dough and it seems to do a decent job, though I did have to stop it in order to scrape down the sides.
