I am pleased with the product and the service. It is used almost daily in my home. It is versatile and easy to use.

This is an essential must have kitchen tool especially if you love baking. It has taken a lot my stress away and allows me to achieve a lot of the task in a seamless manner.

the motor is not as strong. directions tell not to go above number 2 for kneading . the bowl wobbles and motor struggles. beaters do not go down to the bottom of the bowl or the sides.

This item never powered on. I called Kitchen-Aid and received a message that stated they aren't open on weekends. Banker hours customer service with products that have 0 mins run time! These items should be tested before being shipped.

My son bought me this mixer for Christmas because I bake a lot. I love it! I finally have hands free mixing, and a mixer that actually is a sturdy machine. The cheese shredder attachment is also a wonderful lifesaver.

I bought this last month after wanting one for several years. It is so much better than my hand mixer for making cakes and cookies and frostings. I love it.

Fantastic product and really well made. The Mixer feels like an industrial appliance. The bonus attachment that comes with this mixer is perfect for quick slicing. Looking forward to using this for years!
