This cleanser was recommended by my derm to use with my Clarisonic. It isn't the most foamy but it does the job. It has a small amount of fine exfoliator beads that seem to disappear when you use it. Does not irritate my eyes. I used safely with lash extensions. Affordable.

I have super dry and sensitive skin, so it’s really hard to find a good exfoliating cleanser. This one is perfect. It’s really fine and thin so it’s a super light exfoliation, I use it once a week and highly recommend it! It leaves my face feeling fresh and doesn’t dry my skin out at all.

I purchased this today. Was looking for a physical exfoliating cleanser to use once a week. I already use a chemical exfoliant with 5% glycolic acid in it once a week. I did notice that there is glycolic acid in the ingredients and the label does have an AHA warning on the back. Immediately after using this cleanser my face was burning. I’m curious to know what the percentage of glycolic acid is in this product. Also am curious what the “natural” exfoliant in this product is. It felt like rubbing my face with micro sand. I am not sure why you would put a chemical exfoliant in with such an abrasive physical exfoliant. I rinsed with lukewarm water and used a gentle moisturizer and rosehip seed oil on my face afterwards. It’s been a few hours after washing my face and I still feel like my skin has been burned and feels like I have microcuts all over. Will be returning. I would suggest if you are going to put AHA in anything you should at least say what the percentage is to avoid people who have never used AHA before from burning their skin.

I bought this for my boyfriend that has dry skin and enlarged pores. After using this for a week we noticed a great difference in his skin and the texture. He really enjoyed the scent, he’s very specific when it comes to how things smell lol. Overall it was a great purchase. I really enjoyed this line by neutrogena.

I just ran out of my old cleanser and decided to try a new one, so I bought this one. The first time I used it, it hurt my skin and felt too harsh, I thought that I had to get used to it and when I used it the second day it still hurt my skin, it felt like a scratching feeling on my skin and kinda burned after I rinsed it off, kinda sad, I was excited about this product.

After realizing how dry my skin was, I began searching for a cleanser that would cleanse my face without stripping the natural oils in my skin. This cleanser is very gentle and does an amazing job in cleansing your face while gently exfoliating to help get rid of dead skin. I would definitely repurchase this item.

I love that this product does not use plastic micro beads but still exfoliates amazingly. I also love that it is soap, oil, and paraben free, nowadays everyone is looking for more natural products. I am Leary about certain facial products as I do have sensitive skin but this product did not make my face break out. I would recommend this product for anyone looking for a nice exfoliating cleanser.

I was really happy to see, how well it cleans without drying my skin in the process. It was gentle, yet really effective at getting deep down in my pores. It was pretty creamy coming out of the tube, and hand a light scent to it. I definitely will buy this, when I buy face wash next time. I think Neutrogena is a, leader in advancing skincare products.

I purchased this week and after the first time using it, it gave me a horrible rash all over my face. It’s not itchy, but my skin is very dry and rough, and I have red bumps all over my face. Product did not give any type of burning sensation while using it, but my face now feels sunburnt and my skin is inflamed. Rash looks terrible and I’m not sure how to treat it. I have never broken out or reacted this way to any other neutrogena product or any other face wash. Very disappointed and hoping the rash clears up soon. Would not recommend.
