I store it in the garage, so it is readily available!! I do wish I had a cover for it, but, hey, it's all good!! I love it!! I also got a pasta attachment for it and could not be happier!!

My first recipe made with this was The Banana Magic cake which required full mixing of ingredients and stiff whooping of eggs. Three techie came out perfect. Can't wait to buy the pasta attachments. Mines came with schedule and dicer attachment. I love my new KITCHENAID

We gave one to our son as he loves to make authentic home made ramen dishes. Now with the mixer and the optional pasta roller he will be able to create delicious noodles to go with them. I wanted one for baking, breads in particular my dad used to make the best home made bread loaves and I can't wait. I also want to dive into making home made sausages using the meat grinder and sausage stuffing attachment. Both units were bundled with the box grater shredder slicer attachment we will use these like crazy. Thx

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for myself at Christmas. I have used it to make cakes and grate cheese. I do somewhat have a problem with the bottom of the batter getting completely mixed. I love the cheese grater. The first time I used it I did not notice there was a certain way to put the stopper in to push the cheese. So it got stuck and I could not get it out. I tried everything. Finally I put oil in it and left it. After about a week, it came apart. So please notice the indention in the clear part and how they fit together.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never thought I needed a stand mixer. I had a hand held one. Boy was I wrong! I love using my new kitchen aid. Now when cooking or baking I set the timer and clean up the kitchen as I go. Meanwhile the product I'm preparing comes out just right! Haven't used the attachments yet but I'm thinking I'll love them too.

I feel like my family and friends should reimburse me after all the amazing meals and deserts I've made them. This mixer seemed intimidating to me after using a hand mixer all my life but it was surprisingly easy to use. It is easy to clean up. I've used the shredder attachment and they were also easy to use. My mashed potatos are no longer lumpy and I save so much time in the kitchen now. Love this machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used my new KitchenAid to make rolls and loved how well the machine kneaded the dough and how powerful it was. I had another brand stand mixer that I literally had to hold down to the counter when it started mixing batter. I love that my KitchenAid is sturdy and doesn't move even when kneading dough.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While the look is the same the feel is different. The base is lighter and there is no longer a spring to hold the mixing attachments. The motor bogs on chocolate chip cookie dough if that tells you anything.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this as a gift for myself as my 40 year old mixer was dead. I looked at all the options this has available and the the reliability. I said why not go for the top of the line and never have to worry about it again. My sis has a 30 year old one and I hope I get 30 years out of mine. Made latkes with it and it worked really well. Half the time I normally take to grate the potatoes. I am very pleased. Made cookies for the holidays and it did splendily.
