[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was bought to replace my 20 year old classic KitchenAid stand mixer. After 20 years going strong, it still worked but was getting 'wobbly' and loose. I wanted the newer model for the added features and to have a newer/tighter model. I handed the first one down to my wife's aunt (who will probably have it for another 20 years). These things are amazing and indestructible!!! I have made countless cakes, batches of biscuits, batches of mashed potatoes, and meat loaf's using the original and have already broken in the new one with the same. An amazing product for sure, made just as good or better than my old one. I love the attachments. it makes cheese shreds as soft as clouds!

I store it in the garage, so it is readily available!! I do wish I had a cover for it, but, hey, it's all good!! I love it!! I also got a pasta attachment for it and could not be happier!!

I've waited to buy this machine for a very long time and finally took the plunge. This has been the worst online purchase ever. One email saying it's delayed, then no word. After a phone call and automated system saying it has shipped but no tracking number. Help line is over an hour and STILL no information and not a follow up email. The credit card was charged a while ago... Should've done it at brick and mortar.

He took me to the store and I was nervous for some reason, but I love this mixer. It’s so easy to use. The only problem is that it works so well I don’t get to run it for very long.

I put alot if miles on it and when I lost it in 2020 in a wild fire it had been running like it was new. You don't have to get other mixers when you have a Kitchen aid. I had all the attachments to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While the look is the same the feel is different. The base is lighter and there is no longer a spring to hold the mixing attachments. The motor bogs on chocolate chip cookie dough if that tells you anything.
