[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mixer works great and as expected, but the constant and repeated emails about purchasing an extended warranty are really making me question the long-term durability and quality of the product. If KitchenAid stands behind the quality of its products, you should not have to purchase an extended warranty. How many 'last chance' emails do they need to send?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this mixer for nearly 2 months and use it more often than expected. It really speeds up my work in the kitchen. I store it on my counter top so I frequently use it with no hassle. My husband said that I’m like a kid with a new toy at Christmas. Clean up is simple too. I haven’t tried the shredder attachment but look forward to using it soon. So happy that I can easily shred chicken with the batter attachment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Kitchen Aid mixer. I had my last Kitchen Aid mixer for 40 years and wanted to get one that had a larger bowl and handle. My other mixer I gave to my daughter to use since she did not have one. I am thrilled with the mixer but so far I am disappointed with the slicer when I used it to slice vegetables. It sliced the vegetables too thin and they were mushy in the soup I made . There should be a thicker blade for vegetables. I haven’t tried the shredder yet on cheese but I hope too soon. Over all I am very pleased with my mixer !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the mixer it's self, but we cannot use the bread hook, cause it will not fit on the post of the machine. It has to be a bad job from the factory when it was made. The wire wisk and paddle work fine, but not the bread hook. This is why I gave it 3 stars, otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

I was afraid it would be difficult to use . Not so. It was so easy and my hands were free to do other things. It mixed so thoroughly and quickly. I just love this mixer.

How have I ever lived without this! I bought pasta 3 piece attachment the shedder slicer attachment & the veggie corer slicer. I used it 3 times in one Saturday.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a gift for my wife and she absolutely love it. It was an excellent tool to assist her baking passion. The addition of the slicer/shredder has also a very useful tool - the presentation of her food is gorgeous and food preparation is less time-consuming. The mixer is very quiet and the tit-head makes it easy to move the mixing bowl - overall, a very well-thought product. I highly recommend this product.
