[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m disappointed. I thought because everyone owns a kitchen aid it must be spectacular! It’s just okay. Maybe I’m old fashioned, but I prefer to put my spatula in the mixer while mixing. Having to stop it, lift the beater, then mix is not what I consider easier. Having one large beater to clean can be messy. Just not into it. The only reason I gave it 3 stars ia my family liked the cheese cake I made with the mixer. But it was more work than my old one.

I have been looking at these for some time however never bought due to the expense of them. We have used this twice once for a cake mix and the second for dough. The time spent with a spatula trying to ensure proper mixing I could have just done as good of a job with a wooden spoon and quicker. For the dollar amount paid for these they should be better manufactured to where no height adjustment is required. I do not feel that it scraped the bowl enough however I’m scared to adjust to much in fear of damaging either the bowl or tool I’m using. In my opinion very poor design for the amount of money spent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve read a bunch of shady reviews about the craftsmanship of the Kitchenaid brand declining so I was apprehensive to buy a mixer but mine is perfect! No chips in the paint, without the spring on the tilt head my attachments stay firm and secure, and the motor is rather quiet! I love my mixer! It came with the splatter shield and it works for me! Doesn’t slide off or anything.

Learning to use the mixer is easy and online ideas are helpful. Loved the color selections and accessory options offered. I am anxious to try something other than cookie dough.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this model of machine but the lever that you use to lock and unlock the top of it does not always move when you push it. there's something wrong with it but I don't want to call kitchenaid because you have to wait on hold for a minimum of an hour. but I am very disappointed and I really need it switched out For one that works.

I loved my old mixer so much and was worried that the quality may have gone down over the years. I was pleasantly surprised!! This mixer is AMAZING.. Lighter in weight and quieter with a more powerful motor than the last unit. So happy I upgraded!!
