Cuisinart Burr Grind & Brew 12-Cup Coffeemaker

This coffee maker was given to me as a gift and I love it.

Makes great coffee, excellent build quality, loud enough for an alarm clock.

Get up. The coffee’s grinding.

Unit was defective right out of the box. Returned to retailer.

Grind and brew

Overall a good coffee maker with perfect mix of options.  Glass carafe could be a bit more robust.

Performs as promised so far.

This is my  second Burr coffeemaker,it’s fast and quiet.

Grind is very fine.  Makes good coffee but you cant control the strength.

Great Choice

This was a replacement for a much older grind and brew that would no longer grind. New doesn't always mean better. This machine is so much of a down grade from the leaky carafe to the grinder not making small grind ( large grind and bitter) also not grinding enough coffee bean to match the strength setting. As an example I have to pre grind a4 cup stop the machine from brewing and then grind a 12 cup on the strong strength setting. sucks that I can't get a cup of coffee the strength I want from this over priced thing

Bad coffee

This coffee maker replaces our old one of the same model. It finally died after 6 years of constant grinding and brewing! We really like the quality that was built into this machine, so we decided to replace it with another. We have never had a coffee maker live so long!
