While I do love my grind and brew I am finding that it uses a lot more beans than my previous grind and brew. I have tried different settings but it still uses more beans than I think it should

Unfortunately, I can't give this machine a good review - not only was the coffee was weak-tasting, and the grinder completely stopped working after just 2 weeks of use. I had to return it to the point of purchase.

Switched from a Barsetta grind & brewer to the Cuisinart Burr Grind & Brew 12-cup coffee maker. There is absolutely no comparison. The Cuisinart is quieter, quicker, and just brews a better cup of coffee. Highly recommend!

Great coffee maker we returned the thermal carafe version as it didn’t keep our coffee warm for 2 hours. This model has a heat plate which keeps our cups of Java warm for at least 3 hours. Very satisfied with this product!

The Burr grinder on this unitwas intermittent so the coffee was inconsistent. I returned it and purchased a DGB-400. I also use a DGB-400 in my Canadian summer house and am very happy with both.

Excellent product, this new unit replaced another Cuisinart unit that i bought 7 years ago, I will continue to buy Cuisinart products because of the dependability .

The coffee is better than the blade grinders we previously loved. Our only issue is it seems to use more beans than we are used to and since we aren’t filling the hopper each time we have to pay attention to the beans in the hopper.

Excellent coffee grind and brew. We replaced an earlier model with this one and it has been greatly improved. Had the earlier one for 10 years. The product is durable and reliable.

Love this coffee pot! It takes a little time to figure out the best settings for strength and grinding but once you do, it makes things so much easier than having to measure the beans.

The clock does not maintain time. The clock jumps ahead 2 minutes every 24 hour period. The replacement machine had the exact same problem. Cuisinart has a quality control issue.
