[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been looking for a while, after taking most of my weekend Saturday to cut my yard, it was time. After delivery, it took about three cutting rounds to get everything just right. I have a huge hole at the back of my property and a ditch in front. Once the no go zones were perfected, cutting grass is now a thing of the past. I do trim once a month in a few spots taking less than 30 minutes per time versus the old way of 3 to 4 hours once to twice a week. Yes, Luba 2 takes a long time to cut, but I don't have to be there. Finish is great. My lawn looks better now than before, even cutting and smooth look.

I had no issues setting up the Luba 2. I completed the task in a few hours which included 4 zones. The process was painless and easy. Once the zones were created i started a task to test all 4 zones. Everything worked perfectly. The only comment/observation is that the unit will sometimes chew the grass when it spins itself around or it making an abrupt turn. All in all I think it's a great product.

Great machine. Easy to map and app is easy to navigate. Only thing was RTK station. I saw the smaller luba mini versions came with wall mount this one did not. I wish this was included and also the garage cover. As far as grass cutting goes it is perfect handles the slopes with ease. Have already recommended this to a friend and he is happy with it as well.

Setup was straightforward, and the cables provided are long enough for a clean install. The unit feels solid and well-built. I've only done a quick test so far, but it handled the terrain well and looks promising for managing the entire lot. So far, so good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the robot two weeks ago. Too early to tell the long-term performance of the robot. Below is my feedback after only two weeks of usage. Installation was straightforward with the help of the instruction guide shipped with the product and a couple third-party YouTube videos that I found online. Mapping areas and setting up tasks were not difficult but did involve some degree of guessing as well as back and forth changes. For example, a task that involves multiple areas is executed in the same order as the sequence of area creation. I wish I knew that at first so that I didn't have to remap everything. The "Live Chat" in the app was helpful in terms of clarifying what I needed to know to complete the setup. Operationally, the robot behaved somewhat unexpectedly. For example, it grossly underestimated the time needed to complete a task. In one case, its estimated 119 minutes ended up needing 150 minutes. This disrupted my plan to complete two tasks without sufficient time for recharge in between the two tasks. In addition, its obstacle avoidance failed to detect a paver block that I accidentally left on the lawn. The paver block is 4"W x 6"L x 2"D. The robot climbed right on top of the paver block and got stuck! I had to manually lift up the robot and placed it back on the lawn. Equally important, the blade did not cut the grass thoroughly. It missed some random spots that I had to cut manually using my lawn mower. The total square feet missed is not a lot (less than 1%) but enough to annoy me because it makes the whole lawn look less appealing. Last but not least, the robot returns for recharge in the middle of a task when the battery gets below 15%. It would be better if I have an option to change (reduce) the 15% threshold. Oh, one more annoying thing. The system will not let me change the schedule of a different task while the robot is in the middle of a task. This became an issue because the current task took much longer that the system's estimate and I needed to delay the start tune if the next task.

Each time I used it, it got stuck in different places in the yard. Doesn't do well near trees if roots are slightly exposed. It does well climbing hills, but struggles with going sideways along the hill slope

I did my homework, and the Luba 2 AWD seemed ideal for my yard. Very happy with it. Easy to setup. Stays within the established areas (so I can start it and forget it). Only reason I did not give it a 5-star rating is that to get the best and cleanest cut, I have to mow the yard twice, once in each direction. But, no big deal to hit the Start button twice. The Luba 2 does all the work. Awesome robot.

Here we are 3 weeks later and the lawn mower has mowed the front yard about 6 times and the back and side yards about 3 times. The lawn looks so amazing you would think we had a professional mowing service. This could possibly be one of the best things I have ever bought in my life. We live on a corner lot at the front entrance of a sub-division and it's fun to watch all the neighbors drive by and slow down to watch it mowing. I think we definitely will increase the sales in this area as we are a prime example for many neighbors to watch and see how it works. The instructions for assembly are a little sparse but there isn't much assembly so it doesn't take long to look at the pictures and put it together. Probably took about a half hour total to assemble and setup up the charging station. The app works very well and it's pretty easy to make zones to mow and also no go zones to not mow. Don't forget to make channels from one zone to another and also back to the charger so it can find it's way back and forth. The mower saves us a lot of time since we have an acre and a half to mow. It has become almost like a family member it is so fun to watch it happily more the yard. Thinking about getting a second one next year so we can have them both more half the yard each and get the whole yard done quicker.
