[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] [I received this product in exchange for my honest opinion.] These Concentrated Effect Collagen with Verisol by Youtheory, have been clinically studied to improve fine lines and skin elasticity. The daily dose requires taking 3 tabs either all at once or throuhout the day. They are chalky and good size which made me have to take them one at a time. The only con I have is the size of the dosing amount. It's too early to tell if this product's effects live up to its claim.

I cannot say I have seen any improvement with this product as I have been using for about 30 days. My nails are in good shape and continue to remain that way. The hair has some breakage due to coloring and I can't imagine that this will improve that with my hair routine. My skin looks and feels about the same. This product is not bad, I am just hoping with continued use I will see some more prominent results.

The tablet is a bit big I had to split into 2. The dosage is high you have to take 3 a day and there is about 75 tablets in the container. So you definitely need to invest in a bigger pack for longevity.

Seems a little bit more tight or plump and just less visible dryness so that's been a nice place. I just also recently got fake nails taken off, so my nails are really brittle and this is helping them to grow in a lot faster and I'm hoping a lot stronger. I would definitely recommend these. They're easy to take and in a convenient container, much better than having to mix a collagen powder into my coffee or into a smoothie or into a drink. This is way easier so I'm more likely to keep doing it.

The tablets are on the larger size, but not too cumbersome. The packaging, however, is lacking. The container is large compared to the fill volume, and several tablets broke in transit.

I do wish that the dose would have be smaller than 3 pills that are a big large. Overall I'm happy with this supplement and the benefits.

Im hoping to also see chcanges with my hair in the future! My only complaint is that the pills are big and chalky and hard to take. They leave that feeling of a pill stuck in your throat for a few hours and you have to take 3 of them. They also have an aftertaste but its not too bad.

Consistency is key with collegen so taking them daily is a must. They are a little dry and stick so make sure you really coat your mouth and throat with water when taking. No after taste which is a plus!
