I bought 2 of these chairs about a month ago and absolutely love them! They’re the perfect size for a game/theater room. Haven’t had any issues with the chairs and assembly was very easy. My husband is 6’3” + 210 lbs and thinks the width and comfort level are perfect. I love that the armrest interior storage space is deeper on the left and more shallow on the right. The cup holders fit every size cup I own and all charging spots have worked without any issues thus far! At first I thought the tables were going to be flimsy and not hold plates of food or my iPad. However, they’re stronger than they appear to be! Probably not great for anything too heavy though. I read a lot of mixed reviews, but I’m very happy I purchased!

I bought this chair as a stand in for another electric chair that was being repaired. It has been a God send! It is really comfortable and it reclines very smoothly. It is no - frills but is worth every penny it cost. I would definitely buy this chair again.

I bought this chair for my wife for Christmas to replace the one that I bought from a big box furniture store (Value City). My wife and I did some research before buying this chair. The chair is very easy to put together and it was packaged just right (and so was the price). The only issue is the placement of the USB port for charging smart devices. My wife already broke a USB charger cable from leaning too close to the USB port. Other than that, it’s very comfortable and simple to assemble. The box and packaging was perfect for disposing our older theater recliner. Keep up the good work and thanks.

I bought the chair for my parents. They both are very happy with it. It is comfortable. The cup holders, compartments on the arms and the table make everything within reaching distance. We all are pleased with the purchase. It was a great price. Because it was so much less expensive than other similar looking chairs I at first was hesitant to buy it, but it has exceeded my expectations.

Bought this chair a few weeks ago and overall chair is good quality, however, have to put pillows behind lumbar and head to be comfortable enough to watch TV. Power buttons on the inside of the left arm are difficult to manage when reclining and have mistakenly hit button and reclined too far and hurt shoulder reaching further to sit up. With some disabilities on left shoulder and lower back this is more difficult to operate than I like. Not cushioned enough and at 5'3" if not laying back with support, my feet hang over footrest and is difficult to push myself back and keep from slipping down and out. Difficult to doze in for me as arms are a little high for left side and my arm is too high and tends to slide down in crevice when reclining. Hard to buy a chair sight unseen or tested. Probably better for younger folks.

Pros: 1.) easy to put the chair together and comfortable to sit in. 2.) love the cup holders, and storage compartments, 3.) love the look (ordered the grey) and feel of the chair covering. 4.) Fits perfectly in the corner with lots of room to lean the chair fully back. I am 5’6 and my feet fit right to the end when it reclines. The height is perfect for a 72-year-old to easily stand up from the chair. The power cords are easy to plug in, and the power buttons light up for them to be easily seen. I have not used the table yet so I can't speak for that. I would recommend this chair. Cons: 1.) yes, it is true when they say there is NO neck support. There is NONE. I use a travel neck support pillow and the problem was solved.

Although we have only had this chair a few weeks, so far we really like it. After searching ALL the websites, this one really was the only one that checked all the boxes. For me, I wanted something modern looking and nothing over stuffed, but with a full size foot rest, not the little ones like most modern recliners. I wasn't really set on a typical rocker recliner and actually prefer electric. This is a nice size especially for me, I'm 5'5 . My husband who is 5'10 also likes it. The outlet, usb, tray, storage, and cup holders are a big bonus! The material is nice and not cheap looking or feeling. The tray came chipped but one is being sent out to replace it. It was pretty simple, just had to provide some photos. Hope this helps!

Have had 2 of these for about a month. They seem to be sturdy and work as expected. The cushioning is on the firm side which is what i was looking for since I am 6' 2" and 225lbs. Too soft a chair tends to break down. The usb port above the up/down switch was a nice surprise but I do have a tablet that i keep in the storage in the right arm rest where the internal usb ports are. Bottom line is so far we like them and they have generated a lot of conversation.

This is a very nice chair. It is not leather but it sure feels like it. It was taking a chance never sitting in it because some chairs feel good others don't. This one does. Ours actually came with a few scratches on the table from shipping. Krissy in customer service only asked for a pic and then sent a new one out right away. Good customer service.

We needed to replace the chairs in our family room. I found these online and liked how the chairs looked. The color red goes well with the rest of the room. The delivery was prompt and the chairs easy to put together. The USB charging didn’t work on one of the chairs.
