Problem with USB charger

We love there chairs! They are do comfortable. The only problem is the USB and plugs don't work on any of the chairs. Otherwise they are great. Good deal.

Thank you for sharing! It is possible that there is an additional power cord that is not plugged in to power the USB and plugs. This power cord may be in a zippered compartment underneath the recliner or wrapped around the frame. Uneven trays!

I purchased these chairs with the trays in mind...and guess what? Both trays are crooked, and my laptop skews to the left. Must be at least a one inch down slope to the left. Not happy.

Hello - There are 2 cords at the back of the recliner that need to be connected. If you lift the back cover you will see them. If you need assistance locating them or if the outlets still do not work please contact us at samsclub@abbysonliving.com
