I am a super fan of Sam's Club for over 25 years, and have experienced great products and services overall. I expected this recliner to be a good one, but it really exceeded my expectations! This power recliner is awesome based on quality, appearance, functionality and price. As always, thanks Sam's for another great product!!!

Let me start by saying I love the chair. This is my second home theater chair from sams club with the table feature. My other chair was wider and longer than this one and even though I sat in it for hours daily for over 5 years it was causing me hip issues. I think the chair was just to wide and deep for 5"4 me. This chair is the perfect width height and length. If I'm not reclined my feet can touch the floor and it couldn't in my old chair. Also the extra back padding is right in the lumbar area which I need. I hope it remains firm. The red color is close to a reddish brown but it still works with my room where the accent color is red. I didn't want yet another black recliner and this one is a beautiful color. I hope thr PU lasts because my other one was leather where the body touches and PU everywhere else and it looked HORRIBLE in the seat and legs area starting around year 3. I was ashamed to even leave it at the curb looking like that. So hopefully this one will do better. Now the reason fir 3 stars is only the USB port near the power recline button is working. The USB and power outlet inside the arm is totally dead. I will flip the recliner over tomorrow to see if there is a loose wire but that is a pain as I am 59 and single with polyneuropathy. It was hard enough getting it out of the box and putting the back on by myself. But I really want to use that arm outlet so I will try to figure out why it's not working. If it's just something unplug my review will upgrade to 4 stars.

Received yesterday, seems well made except none of the plugs in the armrest work and the recliner buttons only work intermittently. I have to repeatedly press them to either move back or forward. Seems like maybe an electrical short somewhere in the wiring. I don't want to have to return it but I can't keep it in this condition. I sent an email so we'll see what happens, will update.

This is a very good chair and would be great chair with some minor changes and quality fixes. Like: - Chair is narrow and doesn't present like those bloated pillow looking recliners (personal like). - Chair is very comfortable overall. - Easy to put together. - Small table is very convenient and a nice touch. - Storage compartment lid support struts are very nice. - Auxiliary AC outlet in right storage compartment very handy. - 3 USB Ports Dislike: - Instructions and information material is out of date and doesn't match what is received. Chair would not move once power was connected as instructed. Had to phone CS for information how to connect power cord completely (additional zippered compartment under chair requires additional cord connections). None of this information was documented in the manuals received. - Chair would be much better if head rest could be adjusted when reclined. When chair is reclined the position of the head rest is too low and requires you to lift your head to maintain a proper viewing line. I foresee many stiff necks in the future. - Hinges for arm rest storage lids are too loose causing the lid(s) to wobble when opened. Feels like the hinge is not screwed down. - Storage compartment is too small to place the small table inside. - Multiple power cords required for chair motors and AC outlet inside arm storage.

IT HAS A STORAGE COMPARTMENT IN EACH ARM REST, 2 CUP HOLDERS, A SMALL TRAY THAT FITS NICELY INTO ITS SLOT ON EITHER SIDE OF THE CHAIR... POWER RECLINER, USB PORT, ELECTRICAL OUTLET AND SEEMS WELL BUILT! IV'E ONLY HAD THIS FOR A FEW DAYS, BUT CONSIDERING I GOT THIS SITE UNSEEN AND NEVER SAT IN ONE BEFORE, I'TS A GOOD CHAIR..... WILL BE BUYING MORE SOON!

I just received mine and already love it...I'm small and it's great for my size...The red color is beautiful...Very comfy....But the outlets inside the right arm doesn't work and I'm disappointed because I needed them ..the only one outside works ...In general I did a very good purchase.I give 3 stars because the outlets inside the arm doesn't work
