Good chair and price ! Replaced a chaise lounge with this theater seat in our son's apartment. He's very happy with it and says it is comfortable. The tray is a nice addition to the typical theater recliners and the cup holders and storage compartments work well. Decent delivery time and since we purchased the extended warranty, will most likely have no problems with it ;)

Good functioning chair and great look. Is a good value, lots of storage inside. It is very heavy when delivered. Keep that in mind if you are a senior citizen and have a helper available. We had some difficulty with the power plug falling out at the beginning but it seems better now.

Good looking, comfortable chair. It looks more expensive than what we paid for it. Unfortunately, the cup holder isn't seated well in the arm rest and it arrived with some scuff marks on it. We didn't want to go through the hassle of exchanging it because we had already carried it upstairs and didn't want to have to carry it downstairs then wait for another. But my husband loves the chair with its tray and automatic recliner. We would rate it 5 stars if the cup holder and scuff marks weren't an issue.

Nice and comfortable chair. I like how it stretches out so you can lay back. My only complsint is with the assembly of the chair. There should have been a diagram of the chair showing the control features. Also the instructions only show the power cord yet there was another cord that also had to be plugged in.

So far pretty decent. They haven't peeled or broken yet, like most of the negative comments claim. So far we're on 6mos. of EVERY weekend use and they seem to be holding up. Check back with us in 6 mos. for our 1 year review and we may have something different to say.

Chair is very comfortable. I have a concern about about the power source on the inside of the right storage area. It doesn’t seem to be recharging phone or iPad. As a matter of fact the other recliner that’s similar to the new one doesn’t work either. The company probably should check on it. This was a gift from my children.

It's comfortable. Nice leather-like feel. We bought the gray chair, and it looks posh. Decent workmanship and solid construction. Easy to operate and infinitely adjustable through its range of motion. The chair practically lies flat when reclined, so you just might fall asleep watching TV… Convenient power outlet and two USB ports are hidden in an armrest for device charging needs, and right & left drink holders should keep you 'hydrated' with ease. And there's a removable little table too, which really needs an anti-slip mat on it to use safely. It stores in the deep armrest out of the way. Not too tough to assemble, but the whole thing is fairly heavy, so two adults will have an easier time of it. Look for the second power cable wrapped up with the table parts inside the deep storage compartment. BOTH ELECTRIC CABLES MUST BE CONNECTED FOR ANY OF THE POWER TO WORK. While on sale for about 35% off, this electric recliner is a great buy. It's good looking, cozy and easy to use.

Power cord does not fit tight so chair does not work properly. Have to wiggle the cord to get it to work which is hard to do if you are reclining in it . Been trying to get the company to send a new cord but have not had any success in getting it yet . Will have to return the chair if I don’t get a new cord from the company

I was a little worried about buying a chair like this online without seeing it in person, but glad I did because it is perfect. It came on time and was in perfect condition, looking and feeling exactly as described. Price was better than the other sites selling it. Great purchase and looks great in the living room. Comfy too.

I like the ease of just pressing a button to go back, and then press the button again to return to the original position. However, the button is in an awkward location--middle of the inside arm. It would be easier if it were more towards the front. Also, one night (yes, I have to sleep in it for awhile until my neck heals) I used a bed pillow on the upper back of the chair and it moved the center of gravity, so when I was lowering the footrest, the chair fell forward. Yep. I did not get hurt, but it was a little scary. I just won't use a bed-size pillow again. The tray that pops into the right side arm is a perfect size for a dinner plate. It swivels out of the way easily and is not disturbed by using the electric buttons. The can holders fit every bottle and can we use. I like the usb port and the hidden compartments in the arms. Small items fit into them (and the tray fits into the left compartment.) I am 5' 4 1/2" and my husband is 6', and we both think the chair fits our bodies well.
