We recently made the switch from our Kenmore Elite washer and dryer to this LG duo, and it's been a serious upgrade. Our Kenmore unfortunately didn't hold up as long as we had hoped, and once we were faced with the cost of replacing several expensive parts, we decided it was time to move on. So glad we did. These machines have literally cut our laundry time in half without sacrificing how well everything gets cleaned and dried. They're fast, quiet, intuitive, and the sleek design completely modernized the laundry space. LG really nailed the balance between great functionality and good design. The delivery and installation were just as impressive. Everything arrived sooner than expected, and the team was fast, thorough, and incredibly professional from start to finish. Couldn't be happier with the upgrade. If you're looking for something that looks great, performs even better, and makes laundry feel a little less like a chore, this set delivers.

The washer washes. The spin cycle leaves clothes wet. I always have to do an additional spin cycle only. I have tried all the washes, big loads, small loads, towels, pants etc. Doesn't matter. The spin cycle needs to be LONGER!!! Also the yellow light inside washer makes all the clothes look dingy and dirty. Why you would choose a yellowish like is a questionable choice.

Good looking laundry pair, they look better installed than in the showroom. Loaded with many washing and drying cycles. The units are very quiet throughout all wash and spin cycles and draining. Very impressed and would recommend.

LG is crap. I only had this washer two weeks before the door started pouring water out. I’ve been waiting two months for LG to fix it and I’m still waiting for the repair facility to show up.

The washer cleans very well overall. The worrying thing is that it is slightly unstable and bounces and moves around little during cycles. (I am not overloading it). The drum is also slightly loose compared to all other display units I've seen in store which seem to be quite rigid, although I haven't seen this specific model that I purchased to be able to compare my unit to. I have not tried any AI or smart features like connect to it through an app so I can't give any feedback in that regard.

This front load washer WM5800HVA is awesome. Beautiful, has well designed dial, I recommend using the AI setting; it will select optimal settings for you depending on the weight of the load and its type. Unit is very quiet and since I got a combo with the dryer placed on top of it it is a perfect match. It replaced the few years old front load washer from other brand that was inferior in my opinion to this one. This model fits a lot of clothes to be washed. Remember to add some simple baking soda to soften the water for best laundry results. My other half is amazed by it too, as she can turn it on with her phone and options of cycle selections fit her well too.

I’ve done a few loads with this washer a few times now, and it’s been awesome! The 5.0 cu. ft. capacity is huge so I can wash big loads without cramming everything in. The TurboWash 360° feature is also great because it cleans super fast but still gets everything fresh. I also like that it has AI sensing, so it automatically adjusts the settings for the type of clothes I throw in. The Allergiene and Pet Care cycles are nice extras, which are perfect for bedding and pet stuff. Plus the controls are easy to use and the design looks sleek in my laundry room. Overall, it’s powerful, smart, and makes laundry feel way less of a chore.

My family was part of the LG friends and family sample program and we got this washed. We absolutely love it. It can hold a large capacity and has different cycle options. Using the thinQ app helps as well. It hardly makes any noise. It's smart technology and performance is amazing. It literally knows the weight of laundry and can determine the length of a quick wash. We are very impressed as and highly recommend.
