[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have spent years pampering my face, my hands and my skin. Always choosing the best products I could afford and keeping everything nice and clean. I didn't realize that I had been overlooking a very important part of myself, my bum! After I extended many apologies to my backside and overcame the guilt I had incurred, I decided to treat my seat to some much deserved TLC. Charmin' was nice enough to offer us a free sampling of their Ultra Soft Bath Tissue. Wow, what a difference one change can make. Bathroom visits have become much like a daily spa trip for my buns. I'm quite frugal, but there are some things in life worth paying a little extra for and Charmin' Ultra Soft is definitely one of them.

Have long been a fan of your toilet paper, but recently purchased a 6pk of mega ultra soft, only to find 2 of the 6 to be sadly lacking, both rolls were extremely thin with no pattern that is usually on your product, was like a layer was totally missing. We have stayed with Charmin for years,and felt you should know of this lack of QC in order to prevent future issues.

The first of August 2019 I realized rolls were 1/4" narrower and the roll was much smaller although the length of the 'square' was 1/4" longer. I've used Charmin since Mr Wimpple was the spokesman. Can no longer find the Ultra Mega package I'm changing to Northern. Less expensive and more paper on a roll. So sad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used charmin toilet paper off and on for years but lately the quality of it seems to not be as good as it use to be also the price is ridiculous. Charmin ultra soft is too soft in my opinion. I don't like that it leaves bits behind and I don't like the feeling of it. I do not recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the toilet tissue arrived I was amazed at the size of the roll. It stands up to its name it is very very soft maybe a little to soft. It was very absorbent but left you with an uncomfortable feeling because it was the softest toilet tissue I have ever used so if you want soft this would be a definite buy. I guess it didn't have the feel of wiping with paper thats why it felt so uncomfortable because its so soft. I prefer the paper feeling not soft cloth.

First of all, on the package it claims it is a mega roll, and they don't lie, it is a MEGA roll. Then comes the feel, it is so soft, almost pillowy like. Yet, it has a strength to it. And because of the softness, you actually do use less, then with regular toilet tissue. I highly recommend this toilet tissue, and will be one of the first buying more. (That is whenever my Mega roll is finished, could be awhile).

Always used Charmin but past year have been finding paper cut smaller and not as thick. Also whole roll is cut as tho some child is riding a car along the edges and dodging objects along his way - that wavey. Why is this cheaper quality on the market?

It was also very absorbent and the large rolls lasted a very long time because you use less of the product. It's on my grocery list from now on!!!

Don't waste your hard earned money on this infant sized toilet paper! No warning on label that size was significantly reduced. 3/8" narrower makes more negative difference than you'd expect. Roll flops around on the holder and small size doesn't cover cleaning area adequately (watch your hands!) Returning to store for refund and switching brands. Will not buy Charmin again unless the larger size is brought back.

I’ve bought Charmin for over 30yrs! I've seen the rolls shrink from 500 to 450 to 356 to 328 per roll and now to 308 per roll and thinner and less than a 4”sq! There was a time you couldn't see through the 2 ply sheets, ya can now! I went shopping at the same place I have for years and the price went up again. That did it for me! I bought White Cloud this time, more sheets per roll, the sheets are bigger than Charmin and $2 less! It may not be as soft as Charmin, but I'm tired of supporting a product that continues to downsize its product and then jack the price up anyway! The last several pkgs every roll was glued so much the last 4-6 sheets were unusable! What a waste! I've had it with product downsizing! Charmin just lost a customer!
