I really like your toilet paper. I really do not like the new wavy tearing system. It does not work. Not only does it not work, it creates more toilet paper dust and leaves little pieces that get stuck on my netherregoins. I would really find it helpful if you would go back to the straight line perforations. In the meantime, I will be buying another brand.

Most brands are either too thin and/or leave behind "fuzzies". I hated buying a package of toilet papers and then discovering how inferior it was. When Charmin sent us the package of Charmin Ultra Soft, we really expected the "fuzzy" effect since it was so soft and cushy. To our happy surprise, it's perfect! The only downside is to learn that we don't need to use as many sheets.

I love the size of the roll as my family of 4 plows through multiple rolls of toilet paper in a matter of days, in fact we sometimes average 1 roll per day. With Charmin Mega Rolls we have made it on the same roll currently for 3 days and the softness is wonderful. I am pleased with this item and intend to make the product a regular purchase. Not only do I love the roll size and softness, but there have not been any clogged toilets either. I highly recommend this product to friends, family and consumers

I am a toilet paper SNOB .  I have always bought Charmin for its quality and feel even though it was more expensive than other good brands.   I put it in my guest bathroom and was embarrassed by the quality of the multipack I bought.  Almost every roll had cut edges and most of it had overlapping layers throughout.it was awful !! Why pay more money when the quality is not there,  I was going to attach photos but didn’t see how I could.

Normally I buy the cheap stuff, but I noticed one 4 pack of charmin has lasted longer than an 8 pack of the cheap stuff. It's also a lot softer! When out of tissues we used it to note my toddlers noise, it left no residue & she didn't cry when we did it(the softness coming into play again). I think in the end I'll buy this product and spend a little more at the start, as it will save money over time.

My family really likes the ultra soft because it really is the softest toilet paper we have used. The double roll size is also really nice because we don't have to change the roll as often. The only thing I haven't liked about this tp is that it gives off a little bit of lint. There isn't as much as I've seen other soft tps leave behind, but there is a little bit. I just have to wipe the wall down periodically, which is no big deal. That's the only reason why I gave it four stars instead of five. But we will definitely be purchasing this tp in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So we got our buzz box and I opened it right away... exchanged our old roll (store brand) with the Charmin ultra soft... it was more then double the double roll I had... so I was already pleased. I have 2 very young children and we go through a lot of paper since they are new to the potty... well my youngest (3) had gotten a cold and we used toilet paper when we blow our nose... and so she gave the best review so I will share hers... She blows her nose about 3 times and then she's done and before she says that's better she yells my nose isn't scratchy... the prior roll was a little rough for her little nose. She thought it was the best thing ever and rubbed some on her face... much like the commercials actually.. we are still on our 1st roll after about 5 days... in a house of 4 and 3 girls... 2 of which have no sense on control when it comes to house much paper they use... needless to say I am very pleased...

I recently purchased Charmin Ultra Soft after a few weeks of using a competitors brand. I noticed multiple rolls of the toilet paper in the package I purchased had brown stains on it!!! Disgusting!! Every 3rd square had to be thrown away and this was on multiple rolls. I wish I still had my receipt to get my money back. GROSS! I will not be purchasing from Charmin for a long long time. Where is the quality control?

We've purchased your Mega Roll Soft 16 pack since it came out. I but 6-8 packages at a time. Everytime I buy a new group, the rolls get narrower. Pretty soon I'll just buy dental floss. It's gone down in width by over an 1" in under a year. Is this continuing? Should I start looking for dental floss in mega rolls or other brands of toilet tissue?
