Something that will take care of the mess, not create more. I've purchased other toilet paper brands before and was displeased due to low quality. Well, you would of thought I was making my family wipe there soft bottoms with a tree bark. Will only buy Charmin, even though no coupons available. Would much rather have our entire family happy. And stocking up whenever I find a big sale.

I would really like if there was more paper to the roll so it can last longer 4 rolls in two days that really adds up when your trying to save every penny..all in all its a OK product but I won't be buying it just goes too fast and not affordable for me if I had tons of money to waste I would definitely buy this product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I immediately noticed the moment that I took the first roll out of the package that it was much narrower than my usual toilet roll of toilet paper. Just in case I thought I was imagining it, I did a side by side comparison and it compares favorably with my usual brand (Kirkland Signature) in every way except for the width of the roll. It is a full 3/4" to 1 inch narrower and there really is a noticeable gap on your holder. Will it affect how much you use? Probably not. So it isn't necessarily a bad thing, but know that you are getting less paper than your other premium brands. Other than that, the thickness, softness and quality of the paper was great. Definitely a premium toilet paper.

I have kids of all ages and it's hard to male it last, but with this Charmin it lasts!! And not to mention the softness. It's makes going a great experience. The cost is quite wonderful as well.

Charmin Ultra Soft and its predecessors have been the tissue of choice in my home for over 30 years. Last month, I purchased a new pack of mega-rolls and found that the rolls have been cut more narrowly in an apparent cost-saving measure. Although it's still soft, my luxurious Charmin now looks and handles like the abysmal, useless dirt-cheap narrow tissue found in truck stops and airports. Please hike the price five cents and keep selling the luxurious product that Charmin has always been. Please keep the product worthy of the brand you've built. Thanks for listening.

If there's ever a choice, I will never not get Charmin for Toilet Paper. It's thick so your fingers don't end up through it, gets the messed cleaned up, but doesn't leave any particulars of TP behind, and also soft enough for any place you might need it, including but not limited too blowing your nose or wipping your behind.

Your “new and improved” softest ever is anything but! It’s a noticeable difference from the product we’ve grown to love. For years this has been the only toilet paper we have purchased, but the changes have us looking to another brand. This “improvement” is not worth the cost! Nice job in all of the other reviews telling people you haven’t made any changes since 2020. I just saw a commercial for your “softest ever” and I have to disagree. Not only are the sizes smaller, but the softness is not the same, and the paper is noticeably thinner now. We aren’t going to continue paying your prices for what now feels like a store brand toilet paper. Disappointed!
