Bumalisious

It's so soft and bumalisious that you feel as soft as a baby!

So soft, you'll enjoy your "go"

Strong enough to handle the biggest jobs, but soft enough to let you enjoy your go.

Best toilet paper

It's the only toilet paper I buy. I always replace the toilet paper at hotels with Charmin.

Smooth Tear is Horrible!

The smooth tear is the worst change in toilet paper since making the rolls narrower.

reply from Customer Care

We're sorry to hear that you feel this way about our new Smooth Tear perforation. We can assure you that a lot of thought goes into the design of our toilet paper, and our Smooth Tear is designed to provide improved dispensing while leaving behind a clean edge. We'd also like to mention that we haven't made any recent changes to the width of our Mega rolls. We'll be sure to share your comments with our team, and we'd also be happy to learn more about your experience. When you're able, please give us a call at (800) 777-1410.
