Charmin Ultra Sofr Toilet Tissue

The width has been shortened AND the sheets are SMALLER. I can't believe this. Would rather have paid 4 cents more a roll. This is unsatisfactory.

You added easy tear . BUT YOU RUINED THE SOFTNESS !!! WHY WHY !!! The softness is why I buy charmin only !!!!

NO!

Too thick. Plugs the toilet. Like trying to flush a washcloth. I wish I could give it zero stars. And I wish I could return the product.
