I am totally unsatisfied with the shorter roll and the tissue is no longer soft. I would pay more money for the previous product.

Since the Pandemic the texture/construction of the toilet paper is rough and our family is not happy:(

Love charmin we don't yse anything but charmin. My kids have their own homes and they use it also. Once you use it nothing else feels the same!

Why did you decrease the width of the tissue? Very noticeable on my paper holder. Will find another product
