I truly love this product. I buy the multi packs weekly and would not think of buying anything else. It is soft and holds up to the many bathroom visits from my large family, large as in numbers.

We have used ultra soft for a couple of years now . Was happy with product by the last package we bought you have cut the width down in your effort to cut costs with this Very unhappy will go to competitor.

Ultra soft has been cheapen, it’s not the same product we’ve purchased for years. Maybe the smooth tear feature was added as a distraction. We’re looking for a replacement.

I will only use Charmin Ultra Soft toilet paper. I have tried others just because Charmin was not available. The other brands did not even come close to how Charmin feels. I will go to numerous stores of I have to just to find Charmin Ultra Soft.

Charmin is the only TP that is in our house, however this last roll has been less than I expect from Charmin. Every 4th single piece of TP isn't perforated, which makes tearing more difficult.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wouldn't want to wipe my bottom with any other toilet paper. Not only is it thick enough not to tear but it feels like your wiping with a blanket. And it doesn't clog toilets.
