[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to try the product and compare it against quilted northern, my all time favorite, and I can't tell much different in performance, one thing per sure, charmin's fell softer to the touch( amazing) and that is the reason why we had always favored quilted. Is hard to break a loyalty, but charmin quality stands up.

I love Charmin Ultra Soft. It is the on TP we buy and use. I purchased some that had scalloped edges and I loved them. I thought this was a great change. But I only got that one package with the scalloped edges. Every package since then has the straight edges. Were the scallops just an experiment or for some special occasion? I was hoping the change was permanent. I miss the scalloped edges.

Whatever you've done in the last 6 months to where the perforations aren't straight has made the TP about half as thick and its terrible. It rips easily, doesnt hold up as well and in general you need to use more. 20 years of using the Ultra Soft and now I'm going to have to shop brands because some idiot decided to cut the thickness in half....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never really gave toilet paper much thought as long as it's septic safe and there is a lot on the roll. My family used Charmin when I was young but when I began my own household I chose best value for price. Charmin Ultra Soft is absolutely the softest and thickest toilet paper I've ever used. It sounds kind of bizarre to say using it was a pleasure! And the gigantic roll lasted for almost a week which is important to me when buying tissue. A four pack is lasting much longer than some 9 pack rolls I've bought recently and I'll be sad when my final roll is exhausted because I can certainly tell the difference between the Charmin and what I thought was a pretty good brand. I found I was able to use a lot less of the Charmin too because it's so thick and it's actually really pretty with the embossed floral design. I think I'll be switching to Charmin Ultra Soft.

We use Charmin Ultra soft and usually love it BUT the 18 roll mega that we are using currently has few or no scoring lines so it just tears wherever it wants to! I know you are working hard to keep up with the hoarders but perhaps the blades need sharpening. My husband is 92 and disabled so I have to help him use the toilet. Very inconvenient and wasteful to not be able to tear the sheets off! I have pictures but this doesn’t give me a way to send them. Usually I would always recommend Charmin but hope this is just a temporary problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is very good. It is one if have softest products around. I have bern using this product for a long time. I used it while I was geeing up. My daughter now only used this product. It's the only one she will use with her family.

I love your product but have been disappointed since you made the roll smaller and the pillows. They are not of any use and it was much better when the roll was 372 sheets. Please go back to what was good, We don't all have to have what the others are doing with their toilet paper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh Charmin where have you been lol. The tissue is so soft to the touch and very durable. It lasts a very long time compared to the store brand I was using. I love the size of the rolls they are so big. The average tissue roll last my family one to two days top not Charmin mega roll it have lasted us four days now and counting off of one roll. All I can say is I am loving this tissue. Thanks to Bzzagent my family was able to review this product before buying and it has really won me over. I definitely will be buying more.
