Have used Charmin Soft for YEARS. Was a faithful consumer, but am about to find another product. The roll is now so small in width it takes almost twice the amount. Come on Charmin - you are better than that! PLEASE go back to your original size.

I like the ultra soft. It is nice and soft. What I don't like is every time I go to take some off the roll, I can't find where it's suppose to tear and it doesn't tear very well either. You should look into changing that.

The softest toilet paper ever. It's legit like a piece of luxury napkin and it's always stocked up in my home. We only use Charmin, as we find other brands to not be as sturdy and convenient for our family.

As toilet paper goes it's soft it's strong it's a little expensive but it's worth it my husband is the one densest at the Charmin! No complaints I like the product I would recommend it

I used to use your Ultra Strong, but you changed it to a scratchy, rough paper. Now you have done something to the Ultra Soft. It leaves paper residue and doesn't tear at the seams. Why couldn't you just let it be?

Have been an avid user of Ultra Charmin for 15+ years. VERY disappointed with the reduction in size of the rolls and are still charging the same price.
