[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Charmin ultra soft. It is what it says ultra soft. It's like a towel. I like that it's not thin and doesn't leave paper dust all over the bathroom. It's the perfect consistency.

We have used Charmin for many years and we are disappointed the roll shorter. This causes the roll to move from side to side on the holder. You took more from the sides and added to the total amount of the paper. Not happy with this change.

My son absolutely refuses to use another brand and he's only 8! That's okay with me because I love it too. The softness and quality of this brand can't be beat.

Soft but sturdy. Holds up pretty well with basic hygenic use. It's not paper-thin so doesn't tear quite easily. Because of that, the rolls last longer than 1-ply or some cheaper brands which in thelong-term saves me money.
