Soft and effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stuff is great. It's super soft, the roll lasts forever, and it definitely gets you clean. You don't need to bunch it up to prevent getting your hands dirty, you only need a few sheets.

Living the Ultra Soft Life

Cashmere sweaters, goose down comforters, purring kittens, silk pajamas, extra whipped cream and rose petals..these are a few of my favorite ultra soft things. For my soft life there's no softer tissue for my tussie than Charmin Ultra Soft.

unhappy with new roll

I have used Charmin for years and I am extremely unhappy that your company thinks reducing the width of the roll is acceptable. I would much rather have had you increase the price than change the roll.

Roll Size

Their is an inch or more missing from the width of the roll which is upsetting what happened to the full width rolls? Companies charge more say to give you more and cut the size which is upsetting this is our comment.

Toilet Paper

Awesome quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin sent me a sample of their TP and it is honestly the softest toilet paper I have ever used! It is absorbent and doesn't rip or tear! Hands down my new favorite!

Great TP

Missing half of 2nd ply

Imagine how unhappy the Papa Bear would be if he went to wipe and discovered his Ultra Soft Mega roll of toilet paper was missing half of the 2nd ply of paper on the roll?

Because our Quality and Production Teams work together, making sure every pack will make Papa Bear Leonard proud, we're so bummed to learn your rolls may have been missed. Another possible reason this happened may be our playful Charmin Bears. Summer vacation is beginning, and so are their playful antics. They may have moved your pack from the "discard" pile to the "shipping" one, thinking they were helping. We'll get the warning out to the Bears, to keep an eye out for cubs causing havoc.
