Super soft toilet paper that my boys use way too much of. Does it really take 1/2 a roll to wipe your butt? I grew up with Scott toilet paper which is like thin sandpaper. Using Charmin feels like a luxury in comparison.

I don’t know what happened. I’ve been using ultra soft for years and years. What happened to the softness?it used to feel so soft and thick. Now it feels rough and thin. PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK!!

i always buy Charmin ultra soft but the last 2 packs of 16=64 the double ply did not work only single ply. it was very annoying I may have to change brands

Very pleased with the quality and quantity. The tear off is very tricky. Doesn't roll like a regular row does. Other than that it is a wonderful product.

This product serves me well, and I will buy it again.  Normally I do choose Scott but the Charmin Ultra Soft feels like a luxury.  At this time, I don't know what could be done to improve this product.
