I use to buy Charmin but have since switched to Kleenix Cottenelle. As a consumer I am not satisfied with any company who switches the size and not the price. After 20 years I have moved on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have to admit, I didn't really like the product. It was way to thick. I worried it would clog the pipes. I prefer single ply but soft single ply.

Have used the product for many years but lately the quality is sub standard. Sometimes the product is good (soft), at other times it is harsh. What is going on?

I love this product. You don't have to use much of it to get the job done. The rolls last longer than other brands. Thanks for making this worth the money. From a loving customer.

Whatever happened that now the hole in the toilet roll is twice as big as it used to be and the sheets are getting more narrow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh for the good old days.
