[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very Soft and durable...Will only use Charmin. Never tears and not thin paper like the other brands I have tried in the past.

I love all the charmin toilet papers but this one is my favorite. Just the perfect strength for comfort and to keep the kids from using way more than needed.

Not a good idea. Your product testing group should have tested it further. It tears raggedly. This is not an improvement. There is no benefit and it is actually detrimental.

I feel like the new stuff with the wavy edge isn’t as soft as it used to be. I don’t get the “wavy edge,” what’s the difference? It still tears the same.

for years it has been my favorite toilet paper. I am very disappointed in your decision to decrease the size of the roll. I would gladly pay more to purchase the original roll size.
