During the great TP shortage of 2020, we realized why we will never again abandon Charmin Ultra Soft. The others pale in comparison. This is thick yet soft. It leaves me feeling clean without chafing or ripping.

Charmin is a bit more expensive than other tissue, so for years i wouldnt buy it.. But recently i did. its worth the extra money because it doesnt take near as much as the cheaper stuff.

I have been a loyal customer of yours for many years, but NO more. Why do company think they need to make improvements?? If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Narrower is NOT BETTER. Will not buy your product again.
