I always used ultra strong, so I figured I’d try this after Heinen’s, and wow it feels like a pillow. I can always count Charmin everyday so now I’ll use both ultra strong and ultra soft. 10/10

I used your products for years, however I purchased you toilet tissue and found less, much less. I know your company want to sell us on how it's better, stronger, it's not. SO I will no longer purchase any of your products. X customer. Good luck.

Not a good idea. Your product testing group should have tested it further. It tears raggedly. This is not an improvement. There is no benefit and it is actually detrimental.

There is nothing better than this toilet paper. Other brands just do not compare. I do like this one better than the ultra strong because it is a lot softer

I have been a fan of charmin for over 20 years. Just bought a new package and it is 1/2 inch smaller no longer the deal it was. Uncomfortable to hold, need more paper now. Very disappointing
