I love your product but have been disappointed since you made the roll smaller and the pillows. They are not of any use and it was much better when the roll was 372 sheets. Please go back to what was good, We don't all have to have what the others are doing with their toilet paper.

My only complaint and probably the only reason why I will not purchase Charmin Ultra Soft in the future is the size of the roll, it is huge and while it is nice that they have so much tp to one roll it does not fit on my paper holder even though they guarantee that it will... (I have a pretty standard toilet paper holder) I did receive a free sample from Charmin Ultra Soft.

This is good toilet paper. It's soft and absorbent. It works well for what it's intended for.

I was excited to try the Charmin ultra soft to see if I liked it better than the Ultra Strong. However I must say that after trying both, I prefer the ultra strong. It is soft enough but I prefer the strength of the paper to the ultra softness.

I have used Charmin in the past, but wasn't impressed enough to pay the extra money (my thoughts were, "hey, it's just toilet paper.") First, I compared the Charmin roll to the roll I was currently using. I noticed it was not quite as wide as the other but definitely had more paper on the roll. The other was a looser roll. I did not try to consciously use less sheets, but realized quickly that less was more than efficient. I did a price comparison at store with a couple of other brands and found that it was very comparable and even if it was a little bit higher, it would be worth the cost. Will definitely buy after campaign ends.

Even my two young children. When we first got that Charmin in our home, I was concerned about the size of the roll. It's pretty big, and I was concerned it wouldn't fit on the toilet paper holder. I realize in that grand scheme of things, that size is not a huge deal, but I do not want to have to put the toilet paper roll sitting on the counter of elsewhere. It just looks sloppy. To my surprised, it 'just' fit on the holder. I was pleasantly surprised. I didn't even have to squeeze it in! My next concern was the softness of the tissue. I was nervous that it was going to be so soft that it would fall apart during use. Never fear, it holds together great. It is one of the softest tissues I have used, and is extremely durable. We have used this tissue on our behinds, nosebleeds, cuts and scrapes, and blowing our noses. We love it, and this may be a brand that we stick with from now on, as long as we can find it in our local grocery stores. Very pleased!

I thought that I was happy with the brand that I was previously using until I tried the Charmin. It was very soft but didn't leave any lint behind. Just left you feeling clean. It also is very absorbent so you use less which is always a plus. I actually ended going out and buying it because of the free sample I got. Only using Charmin Ultra Soft from now on.

Even though I like this product I will not be able to continue using it in the future. I have very sensitive skin and it has always made me itch and the lotions in the toilet paper don't agree with my skin. I have found that continues use of this product has lead to a lot of infections with me even though I don't wipe hard or anything like that. I typically just do a light pat when urinating. I would suggest trying it out if you don't have overly sensitive skin like i do.

Fortunately, the colored tissue was discontinued, and I decided it was time for a change. Enter Charmin'. I received a package of Charmin' Ultra Soft Bathroom Tissue from the folks at Charmin'/P&G to try. OMG, what a difference! Charmin' Ultra Soft is just that: almost as soft as a handkerchief. Amazing. No scratching, just softness. And it's thick and strong. I probably use 1/5 the number of sheets I used before. This premium bath tissue turns out to be the real bargain. Speaking of bargains, I received Mega rolls. Each roll is equivalent to 4 regular size rolls! These are so thick they just make it on my tissue container, lol. But that's not a complaint. Now that I've tried Charmin' Ultra Soft, there's no going back.
