[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the only toilet paper we use in our house. It is the softest toilet paper, it doesn't tear while wiping your bum, and you get a nice clean bum without leaving behind unwanted paper.

I was very disappointed with the 18 pack of charmin ultra soft mega rolls that I bought today. 3 rolls of the pack are unuseable. The roll isn't even there on them, it's completely closed off. I am not sure if I will buy this product again.

i use Charmin 4 its quality, but recently while unrolling a roll I found a very large spider in-between the sheets coal black ,at least 5" in diameter , still alive

Ultra soft has been cheapen, it’s not the same product we’ve purchased for years. Maybe the smooth tear feature was added as a distraction. We’re looking for a replacement.
