I have bought Charmin for years without complaint. The new rolls are narrower and the cardboard insert is bigger so you get less toilet paper but you spend the same money. Very deceptive Charmin. I'm going to Northern Toilet paper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my go to brand. We have the cheap stuff at work so I make sure we always have soft good quality toilet paper at home!!

Used to love this product and it was the only one we'd buy. Until it was narrowed from 4.5" to 4". And the cardboard tube was widened. We'll never buy it nor any Charmin or P&G brand until you add back the missing 1/2" and restore the narrower tube.
