Charmin you've changed for the worse! I was a loyal customer u but not anymore. Now only fills 3/4 width of the holder. Not nearly as soft as before. Can't separate the 2-ply like before which I really liked, now the 2-ply is fused together. You haven't improved the toilet paper and your "bottom" dollar won't be improved with all the lost previously loyal consumers. Go back to the old paper and I will start buying from you again.

This toilet paper is incredibly soft and very absorbent. A little goes a long way and gets the job done. (Which is nice for me, as a mom, potty training a toddler!) The toilet paper is thick and durable. I would recommend this product to anyone!

I have used Charmin in the past, but wasn't impressed enough to pay the extra money (my thoughts were, "hey, it's just toilet paper.") First, I compared the Charmin roll to the roll I was currently using. I noticed it was not quite as wide as the other but definitely had more paper on the roll. The other was a looser roll. I did not try to consciously use less sheets, but realized quickly that less was more than efficient. I did a price comparison at store with a couple of other brands and found that it was very comparable and even if it was a little bit higher, it would be worth the cost. Will definitely buy after campaign ends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always been a big fan of Charmin Ultra Strong, so when I got the opportunity to try Ultra Soft I was excited. I really like how it feels and it does the job well enough for me, but I do have three little boys and the Ultra Soft just doesn't cut it for them, they do need something just a bit stronger. So for now I will be sticking to the Ultra Strong.

It feels great and gets the job done. It is softer and thicker than any other brand I have tried. I love the mega rolls because you don't run out as fast and you do not have to change the roll as often. I have a septic tank system and have never had a problem with this paper. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product from Charmin for a review. I am really impressed with it. It's really soft and holds up great. And according to Charmin, it's safe for septic systems and doesn't clog, which is important to me. I definitely will look for this product in the store.

Have loved the product but not the packaging gimmicks. Making the rolls narrower makes your product look cheap, as it exposes a great deal more of the spindle on the TP holder. I also hate the myriad unhelpful roll size names: double, giant, family, mega, mega plus...and regular is about enough for one "go."

I used to buy Charmin many years ago, but as prices went up and more products came on the market, I stopped buying it. Well, you've made a believer out of me once again. So Charmin Ultra Soft will now be back in my home and in my bathrooms. I love the fact that it's not necessary to use as much and that it doesn't tear or shred.......and again is so soft and smooth.
