I have IBS always in the bathroom so I have to have the right tissue on my behind....finding you resolved my tissue issues....does not irritate me with repeated use several times daily. After over 45 years of buying toilet paper as an adult, I am so very upset. Not only did you change the size from 4.5" x 4.5" per sheet to 4" x 4" but you changed the product itself! I have a medical condition that makes wiping very painful. I use a bidet and have used 3 sheets folded to blot after I go for years. Now, I need 4 sheets! The ultra soft gives off so much lint I find tons of it on everything in my bathroom. The ultra soft also falls apart so I find pieces in my underwear between toilet visits just with blotting. The ultra strong feels like sandpaper and causes extra bleeding problems. Both kinds cause me to have a reaction of some kind now. I know it is the new formula because I have some old rolls and if I use them I do fine. Shame on you Charmin, shame on you. Now I have to go on the search for new toilet paper that does not break me out more than what I already have medically. Just think about how painful and frustrating this will be. Why did you have to mess with success!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If there is one thing that I hate it's rough, scratchy toilet paper. When I heard about Charmin Ultra Soft, I knew I had to try it. It is very soft, but also very sturdy, which is also important. I also found it to be very absorbent. The only complaint that I have is that I wish they would get rid of the cardboard tubes. Other than that, I am satisfied!

I LOVE the scallop edge toilet paper I bought last time, this time I could not find it! If you are going to produce it again, please have some kind of marking on the package. I opened two large packs in BJ's just to see if it had the scalloped edges.

I have always used Angel Soft toilet paper but NO MORE! The Ultra Soft was so soft on my rush that I couldn't imagine using another brand of toilet paper. If you have ever wondered about this toilet paper but never chose to buy it I suggest you change your mind. I was always skeptical because I've used the same brand for so many years and it may have been more if I had not tried my sample.
