The smaller size rolls are a big mistake from my point of view. I would willingly pay a higher price for the 'original' size. Maybe you could give your customers a choice if you are stuck on the smaller sheets. I will have to switch to a different brand if the smaller sheet is all I can get from you. Even if they are more expensive. You have removed a benefit from this product which in my view adversely affects its place as a high quality product, it is worth a lot less to me now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a 4 pack of Charmin Ultra Soft to try!. I could smell the tissue from the shipping box, very fresh. It's packaged as a 16 roll equivalent. I don't know if 1 roll is exactly 4 but they are huge! I'm very pleased that they still fit into my standard holder AND it's been 4 days and I haven't had to change the roll! ( and there's a lot of bumms in this house) 😜 The paper is very soft! After a few spins of the role for my usual amount I realized I was using way more than I needed to! It is extremely absorbent! Even better... there's no tissue left behind! You know... the breakage and lint like stuff you get from some lower quality toilet papers!? So needless to say I'm very happy with my new tissue! Doin' the happy dance!!

I like your product except for the new roll size. At 1/4" less width per roll x 12 rolls = 3" wide per pkg. x how many thousands of ft. to infinity and beyond is a lot of profit for you and a lot of finger muscle retraining for the rest of the world. Are all other companies doing the same thing?

I have been using Charmin Ultra Soft for many years. It is one of the highest priced toilet papers available, however we buy it for the softness factor. I have noticed the change in the amount of tissues on each roll over the years, however this most recent change in width is truly appalling. I really feel cheated by this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toilet paper is soft and durable. I like that it doesn't break apart like some other brands. It is also very soft and doesn't irritate the skin. I prefer Charmin over most other brands I've tried. I would certainly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a pack of four rolls of this toilet paper as a sample to review. One month later and I'm still using the first roll. I think it's safe to say that they don't exaggerate when they say that the quality makes it easier to use less. I'm also using it every day to replace my cotton balls used to remove eye makeup and apply toner as part of my daily skincare routine. Still no problems will pilling or "shedding" when I use it for these purposes, and in fact it was strong enough to hold up when I used it to clean up a makeup spill on my bathroom counter. I would definitely recommend giving it a try!
