As far as the product doing the job, there is no competition. But I have to major issues with the product. First is the price. Seems like every time I purchase another pack of this tissue the price just keeps going higher and higher. Almost to the point I might have to find another that's a little more affordable. Second issue is and it's been getting worst is the new rolls are stuck together at the beginning and you end up with unusable shredded tissue for the first 3 or 4 feet of the roll trying to get it to unroll properly. To me for the price of this tissue every inch of it should be usable.

Although I don't spend too much time thinking about toilet paper when it's not soft or doesn't have enough strength you certainly know. This was great, I definitely recommend it and will absolutely look for it in the store.

And, beyond that, one roll goes a long way because it's thick, good quality paper also. You really only need to use 1/2 the length of other toilet paper because it's so absorbent. I would definitely recommend this!

So, my husband absolutely adored Charmin and used to be all he would ever buy. However, I hate it. Little pieces get stuck in my cooch when I wipe. It also stopped our septic tank up and we had to have it pumped a year after having our house built and the guy said it was our toilet paper. We stopped using this and haven’t had these issues since.

I like your product except for the new roll size. At 1/4" less width per roll x 12 rolls = 3" wide per pkg. x how many thousands of ft. to infinity and beyond is a lot of profit for you and a lot of finger muscle retraining for the rest of the world. Are all other companies doing the same thing?

In my home we use a lot of tissue, I change the roll about once a day, meaning we use about two rolls per day! Charmin Ultra Soft promises their rolls will last longer, and they do! The first roll of Charmin Ultra Soft I put in our bathroom lasted two days! for us that's the equivalent of four of our regular tissue. I thought "This is awesome!" Next, the name says Ultra Soft, so I expected it to be a bit less rough than our regular brand and boy! it is definitely Ultra Soft. It's like using a cloud. I loved it and my husband loved it! Charmin Ultra Strong it's definitely all that it says it is. It's ultra soft, strong, and in our case one roll of Charmin Ultra Soft is the same as four of the generic brand we were used to. Oh and no clogging issues at all, a definite plus. We will absolutely be switching to Charmin Ultra Soft tissue. If you haven't yet, give it a try. It is quilted and soft, it doesn't fall apart. There were no fingers poking through this toilet paper so there was no mess or fuss. It is durable and strong and gets the job done effortlessly. It is a mega roll so it will last longer than other similar products. I am doing the "happy tush" dance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I normally buy Cottonelle because it's less expensive than Charmin and just as soft. After trying the new Charmin ultra soft I just might switch. The softness is definitely noticeable and I love the large rolls. I don't have to change rolls nearly as often so it will feel like I'm getting more for my money. Very happy with the product.

The new scalloped tear is awful not to mention the thinness of the toilet paper and that there is less toilet paper on the roll. Did you do the scalloped tear to distract the buyer from the fact that they are getting a poorer quality and less product? I resent you thinking that your customers are that gullible. I will try another product as I don't feel that Charmin deserves my loyalty.
