It is thicker, softer and tends to last longer per roll because you dont have the use as much. Since I have tried this I cannot go back to any other brand it just wont do. The quality also makes it alot easier when dealing with children and the potty. I received Charmin Ultra to try from Charmin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always been the King of the bathroom. I read in there, talk and text and well, do my business. Ultra Soft Charmin is a pleasure to us. It really is well made, strong and absorbent. I often find myself playing with a square of tissue. Folding it or balling it. It is so soft. So far I have had no problems with stuffed up plumbing as I don't need to use nearly as much as before. My wife and kids like it too. Because it is safe for septic tanks my wife is hoping that someday we might see pastel colored or prints toilet paper return. We haven't see that in many, many years. This is a product that everyone uses and needs on a daily basis. We will be buying more.

That's what my 4-year-old granddaughter said the first time she came to my house and used my Charmin Ultra Soft. For a child to notice a difference in toilet paper, it's got to be good! It's thick and plush and puffy feeling. It feels gentle on your skin. But what I like equally well is the fact that it's really absorbent. Moisture just does not break through. I've seen their ads that say you can use less paper, but I've always thought you would just use the same amount of paper as usual. But now I believe that you can use less if the toilet paper is this soft and plush. I used to buy whatever brand was on sale or that I had a coupon for. But now I'm sticking with Charmin Ultra Soft. They made a believer out of me!

I normally don't buy this brand due to cost, but it has changed my mind. It is worth spending the extra couple of dollars for the quality. It met all of our needs in the family. With the quality that it is it will last longer. With the Ultra Soft it is even soft enough for the little behinds in the family. And its even soft enough for the little noses that are always running during the winter season. Yes it is soft, but can handle a job of a grown man. Plus I'm loving the mega roll size...I'm not changing my toilet paper roll as often. Our family normally uses Charmin Ultra Soft but we never purchased the mega roll. We were afraid the roll wouldn't fit on our holders, but we were wrong. They fit the roll perfectly and it lasts so much longer than the regular rolls. Thanks Charmin for sending our family such a wonderful product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin gave me the opportunity to try their Charmin Ultra Soft toilet paper and, for the most part, I was pleased. They weren't lying when they called it "ultra soft"! It could be the softest toilet paper I have ever used. It's very absorbent, holds up well when wet, and is one of the thickest 2-ply I've seen. The only complaint I have is that it dissolved a bit slowly, and didn't seem to break down as easy as some other toilet paper, which could cause an issue if you have problem plumbing. Besides that, I was satisfied with Charmin Ultra Soft toilet paper, and would recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As an avid user of another toilet paper brand(begins with an S), I was skeptical when Charmin sent me their Ultra soft tissue in Mega roll size. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised!!! It's like pampering your bum..lol. It's not too soft to maintain the integrity of the tissue -it doesn't fall apart like some tissues do. I even gave a roll to my mom, who is super picky and has used another brand religiously for years. She also loved the Charmin Ultra Soft and we both agreed that the mega roll lasted longer than our former brand. As a registered nurse, I will recommend Charmin Ultra Soft bath tissue to my patients and my colleagues . I made the switch and I promise you will be happy if you do too!!
