We tried this product and it works so well, it doesn't stick and break 2 ply is perfect! Especially for a house with 3 girls. You definitely need thick toilet paper for those girly days!

We do not like your new roll size & packaging. The 1/4 to 1/2 inch of product against the roll is just fluff/folded/stuffed onto the roll. We have been die hard Charmin users for YEARS but I feel like I am not getting the quality product that we have been used to. Maybe time to find a new TP - one that is rolled neatly all the way to the core.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received my new Charmin Ultra Soft from Charmin the first thing I noticed was that the rolls were much bigger. This is great, not running out as quickly and less changing of the toilet paper roll. What I did not anticipate was how the roll would not "roll" on the spindle because it was too big and the edges rubbed on the holder. After a few "visits" the roll does roll like normal, just a little annoying at first. I found it to be very soft and comfortable not scratchy like others. My husband is also using the new Charmin Ultra Soft and loves it. It is strong enough for him and he even noticed it was softer too. I would definitely recommend the new Charmin Ultra Soft from Charmin to all my family and friends.

The roll has lasted much longer than I ever anticipated and the softness has made such a difference. I also use the tp to remove eye makeup because it's so gentle in the the delicate eye area. This toilet paper is soft, gentle and really feels nice, nothing rough about it

I have been purchasing only Charmin ultra soft for years. I am now very disappointed with the 1/2 inch down sizing in the width. I would rather pay a little more a roll because this isn't going to save any money when I just have to use more sheets to adjust for the width change. Why don't you just offer a option of the old size in your line of paper. I will be shopping around to change brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never really gave toilet paper much thought as long as it's septic safe and there is a lot on the roll. My family used Charmin when I was young but when I began my own household I chose best value for price. Charmin Ultra Soft is absolutely the softest and thickest toilet paper I've ever used. It sounds kind of bizarre to say using it was a pleasure! And the gigantic roll lasted for almost a week which is important to me when buying tissue. A four pack is lasting much longer than some 9 pack rolls I've bought recently and I'll be sad when my final roll is exhausted because I can certainly tell the difference between the Charmin and what I thought was a pretty good brand. I found I was able to use a lot less of the Charmin too because it's so thick and it's actually really pretty with the embossed floral design. I think I'll be switching to Charmin Ultra Soft.

We've always used the same brand of toilet paper because we worry about septic issues. I recall hearing the brand we use regularly as the recommended brand when my parents replaced our septic in the 80s and once I had a home with a septic system, I just stuck with a brand that was recommended by the guys who clean them. (props to those brave souls). The current brand we use is thin and not exactly soft, so when I secretly slipped a roll of Charmin Ultra Soft in as a replacement for our normal brand, I IMMEDIATELY heard a complimentary comment about our toilet paper. We've been using the Charmin Ultra Soft for well over a week now and I can honestly say that I'm sold. I looked over the package to find the "septic safe" label and was thrilled to see it. These mega rolls are lasting longer than our other brand because we really do use less because of the thickness of the paper itself. I've asked the other 3 members of my family their thoughts and they've all given it positive reviews. No real elaboration from my kids, just that it's thicker and softer. Hubby is happy too, especially with the septic safe-ness. It hasn't been that long since we dealt with a faulty septic, so we tend to be on high alert with what goes down our drains. My Mom has since moved from my teenage home, but just down the road and also on a septic system. I've told her about my experience with Charmin Ultra Soft and she is happy to try it. She too uses what was recommended all those years ago. I've got to say that toilet paper may not seem like an exciting product for review, but consider that everyone in your house uses it, including guests. We were laughing that it seems so luxurious compared to our normal kind that it should be kept for company and special occasions. I will be looking for Charmin Ultra Soft in regular or mega rolls when I need more toilet paper!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin Soft mega roll are ultra-soft and thick roll. I received 4 mega=16 regular rolls. it is 142ft^2 long, clog safe, and septic safe. My husband, and our friends use this toilet paper, and I asked for a feedback. They said, they felt like they're wiping with soft cotton cloth. it won't tear. I personally like the design and easy cut rip. so far I didn't see any negative things to say about this toilet paper compare to other brand. it is very strong paper, I even use it to clean my toilet surrounding. I really recommend to use this toilet paper and one of the best product so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a sample from Charmin of Ultra Soft, and I am glad I did. My bum surely is thanking me! I was a person before who only would use cheaper, generic tp....WHAT WAS I THINKING! Charmin Ultra Soft is durable, holds up, and because of how it is made, I am using WAY less than I was on my generic rolls. Before, I was literally throwing money down the toilet! I am now a Charmin fan and will not think of going back to generic.

I think this is silly to write about something that is so perfect. I asked my husband to pick up toliet paper, he did, he brought home a off brand! I sent him back out with that off brand, & told him,don't come home ever again without Charmin!! He has never made that mistake again! :-)
