[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very impressed with the size of the rolls. So glad I would not have to be the one to change the roll as often. The rolls felt soft and fluffy right from the package. We mostly used the paper for its intended use but it worked well as tissues for colds and I occasionally pulled off some to touch up my makeup. It held up well for those tasks also. The fact that it is free of inks, dyes, or perfumes is a plus. Don’t want my toilet paper interfering with my air freshener. It flushed well with no additional flushes needed. After finally using up the first roll, I was quite impressed when all of the toilet paper released from the cardboard tube. I have often used tubes from toilet paper and paper towels for some of my crochet products and this work great as I don’t have to peel off any excess. My family agrees that this brand is a keeper.

I love the change in the new scalloped design to tear the sheets...... much easier to tear and makes a nice addition to the bathroom decor. This id the sole reason I took the time to write this review... congratulations to the person who came up with this idea !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my Charmin Ultra Soft and compared it the current brand that I am using. It is so much stronger and durable. Who would have thought. I really love how much softer it is as well. This is a great product. I think we will definitely be making the switch to this brand and I will start telling my family about it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Immediately after I received my Charmin toilet paper, I put it in our bathroom. I enjoy how soft it is, enjoy how large the rolls are, no changing the roll everyday, even with a large family. One thing I did notice was that it clogged our toilet a few times, which has never happened before, but I guess a little goes a long way. All in all I wouldn't go out of my way to buy it, but if my normal brand wasn't available I would pick some up. I liked this campaign because it made me more aware of other toilet paper types that I normally wouldn't have tried (I am monotonous and stick to the same old brand that I always buy)!

I’ve been buying this for many years because it’s soft… or was. Not any longer. I work 20 hour days and get subjected to public sandpaper, I at least used to have a reprieve when I got home. Now I may as well save money and buy another cheaper brand as it’s no different than the competitors “soft” . They really dropped the ball on this one! I would be fine with less easy tear sheets that were soft. I This was the big push I needed to buy a bidet seat. My poor bootie can’t take this much sandpaper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not ashamed to admit it. I am a toilet paper snob. There are just some things that are worth spending more money on, and this is one of them. Charmin is one of my preferred brands so I was excited to try Charmin Ultra Soft. I must say, I am impressed. It is soft and strong at the same time, and that is hard to deliver. They are usually one or the other. I think I am now a real Charmin fan. I feel pampered and that is what i want my toilet paper to be.

Charmin, this last product you have put out touting it as a wonderful improvement is really taking from your customers in these days of inflation. Not only are the toilet paper sheets smaller and thinner these days, now you have scalloped the edges so that we get still less in every square! The ‘scallops’ do nothing to ensure a cleaner tear but now more has to be used to get ‘the job’ done. It’s not going to help you make money by making your customers use and thus buy more - your customers are going to, like me, go to another brand. Your competitors are lovin’ it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When it comes to the wipe there is nothing better then Charmin Ultrasoft, we came from Germany years ago and every toilet paper we tried was scrubbing and not soft at all until we discovered Charmin Ultrasoft... nice and smooth to the behind

I bought my last package of Charmin double rolls. as usual. I put a roll on the holder and thought there must be something wrong. I had a roll from the previous package still around and compared the two. I was SHOCKED at the difference in width of the rolls - 1/2 to 3/4 inch smaller for the new rolls. I thought surely this was a manufacturing mistake somehow, so got online to search. Sure enough, here I am also disappointed in the smaller size. I have been a faithful Charmin customer for 20+ years, but I may try some alternatives in the future. Maybe a little heads up warning would have prepared us. Though I still like the product, I wish Charmin would make it in its larger size again.
