Unlike normal toilet paper, the roll from my latest package has no 'scores' to allow tearing of individual squares (or multiples). I looked for a place on your site to contact you directly but could not find one. Thought you would want to know about this quality control issue.

YOU COULDN'T GET ME OR EVEN MY FAMILY TO TRY ANYTHING ELSE. I MUST ADMIT WE ARE SPOILED AND WE DON'T EVEN WANT TO TRY SOMETHING NEW. I have kids of all ages and it's hard to male it last, but with this Charmin it lasts!! And not to mention the softness. It's makes going a great experience. The cost is quite wonderful as well.

My current t.p. a pack of 12 last a month and these for rolls lasted a week. We wil continue with our old t.p. That does not leave fuzzy behind and last longer. Thank you

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I admit that I don't buy Charmin often, mainly due to the extra cost, but thanks to Charmin for having sent me this free package of Charmin Ultra Soft Mega rolls, I may have seen the light at the end of the roll. I was amazed at the size of the roll. It was huge, and while I did wonder if it would fit, much less spin, on the toilet paper dispenser, I need not have worried. It did as good a job spinning on the dispenser as it did cleaning off your hind end. Speaking of hind ends, this stuff is super soft on your fannny, but also thick and durable. I mean, there is nothing worse than toilet paper disintegrating into shreds as you wipe, and the Charmin definitely held up. It also requires a lot less paper, so you get your dirty business taken care of without having to use half the roll. For a family that goes through a lot of toilet paper, I'm thinking Charmin Ultra soft Mega Rolls may just be the better bargain in the end.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product from Charmin for my honest review. Prior to my adult life, my parents always purchased bargain toilet paper. I never really put much thought in toilet paper to be quite honest. I can see now that you get what you pay for. Charmin is way more - ahem - effective than bargain TP thus, you use much less. Not to mention, it doesn't feel like using balled up printer paper on your tush. Yikes! That is not what you want to feel after giving birth to twins - which I did last year. Charmin may not always be the cheapest but there are some things you just shouldn't scrimp on. Go ahead and splurge on the mega rolls and you'll find that you're buying TP much less often.

The last four packages that I've purchased had rolls that the glue on the starter square was so strong and stuck to 2-3 layers below that I had to rip into the roll and pull out a bunch just to get it to roll out as it's supposed to. Whatever you have changed with the glue on that first/starter square is messed up. Please get quality control to do something about this. It's not just one or two packages, it's continuing to happen and more of a pain than it's worth. I've used Charmin for years, but I'll look into another brand if this keeps happening

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toilet paper is really soft and not too thick. There is no poking through your fingers accidentally. Compared to the many lesser brands of tissue this is a generous sized roll of soft tissue. It is gentle on the skin but does its cleaning job very well. I really recommend this toilet paper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I typically think that toilet paper is toilet paper. However, when I tried this I changed my mind. It truly is soft yet strong. I liked that I could use less, and the rolls were large. I will definitely be switching-this is my new brand!
