I am very upset with your company, you have recently shortened your rolls of Charmin! I always buy the Mega rolls because of the size, that way the roll doesn't run out so fast. I just purchased my usual 12 pack and guess what the roll is about 1 inch shorter that the last package I purchased. I know times are rough and your company doesn't make a lot of money, ha-ha!!! This is just crazy, you must think people won't notice, but guess what, I did. I will no longer be purchasing Charmin, I'll switch to Northern or Scott tissue. I'm sure they will probably follow suit like your company, I could be wrong, we'll see, good-bye!

I am a long time Charmin purchaser and I bought a large pack of the ultra soft/blue label by mistake. At checkout I figured i its Charmin so I know it will have the strength I depend on, but I have to say no. Yes it is soft, but for a family, not the better deal. I will stick to red label from now on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was lucky to be able to try this Charmin Ultra Soft toilet paper and I was more than surprised. First, the size of the roll is amazing, yet not too large not to fit on the roller. I had friends over who made a comment of the size and the look. The look on the roll is very pretty, a nice design and the design was etched in to make the tissue softer and plump, I dont know how else to describe it. It is without a doubt the softest tissue I have used, and again, was very surprised. This was a huge comment by friends was the softness. I will definately make this my choice from now on, and it wowed from the look, the feel and how long it lasts. It lasted longer than most rolls and you surely will get more for your money with Charmin Ultra Soft!

I have to say that i was disappointed overall with the product. When you use it, it tears apart leaving the mess on you hands !! On the other hand the toilet paper was very soft to the touch and seems to last longer, just not durable enough for my family. I believe I will be staying with my regular brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the mega-roll four pack of Charmin Ultra Soft Toilet Tissue and, to start off, was a little surprised to see on the package that it took the place of 16 regular rolls of toilet paper. I'm still not convinced, based on our usage, that this is the case but I guess that is something that will vary among users. I see these kinds of claims on products frequently and I think it does an injustice to the consumer. The toilet tissue definitely is soft to the touch and I have very little 'break-through' when wiping unlike when using other products that claim to be extra strength. I do, in fact, use less paper per bathroom visit because it is much more absorbent than brands I have been using. I would like to see more, deeper embossing on the paper though because I feel the embossing helps in the wiping/cleaning process. The truth of the matter is that I'd almost rather use this Ultra Soft Charmin Toilet Tissue in place of my facial tissues just because it is so soft and strong at the same time.

Having used Charmin Ultra Soft for years, I have been disappointed that the perforations in the paper don't allow us to separate the sheets easily. In the last year the paper tears off raggedly rather than separating where we pull. Is this a "pandemic" related problem? Certainly hope you are able to return to the easy tear paper of the past.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a Charmin Super Soft Mega Roll 4 pack for review. I must admit that I was a little hesitant to use this product as in the past Charmin would clog my toilet bowl. As a result I tried it using only 2-3 squares. Surprisingly this is all I needed. I am on my 3rd roll now and am pleased to say that my toilet has not clogged at all. When using Charmin I was quite pleased with the softness and strength of the product. It is extremely soft and feels like a soft cloth. It is very strong, never tearing when used. Also, I was impressed by the length of time that one roll lasted. I usually use another paper product and Charmin far outlasted my usual brand. I love everything about Charmin Ultra Soft and will continue to use. I would recommend to everyone. Charmin Ultra Soft is the only brand our family buys and uses, because it is truly what it states it is. Have tried other brands higher and lower price and no brand can compare to Charmin and because of that our family is faithful. I encourage ourage everyone to try it you will definitely Love it too.
