I have Interstitial Cystitis and Irritable Bowel Syndrome, both requiring special bathroom needs. It took me a long time to find a replacement for the TP I had been using since I need one that has no dyes or perfumes and is also soft as sometimes I'm using it frequently each day. Charmin Ulltra Mega Rolls have been the perfect answer to my need (and we should have invested in your stocks years ago). Lately I'm seeing fewer packages in our local stores and more of the Gentle Soft packages. Please don't replace the Ultra Soft with Gentle Soft since the lotion in this choice isn't something I and others with IC or Pelvic Floor Dysfunction would be able to use. People sensitive to any allergens can't have lotions or dyes or perfumes in the products near their bodies, that includes TP, clothing soap and softeners, fragrances, and underwear. Please make the Ultra Soft softer but not lotioney. And if we had to pay more for the fancy curvy tear sheets, it wasn't needed. Thanks.

As soon as I received the rolls, I replaced all the rolls in the bathroom from the current rolls that I have from Kirkland ultra soft. I thought for sure my kids would have noticed a difference. They have been using it and have yet to mention anything, even when they are using to blow their noses. I on the other hand agree with them. Not much difference to the brand we were using. Great quality, very soft but will not be purchasing, too pricey when I can get comparable someplace else for a much better price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay, so I got a free sample pack of #Charmin Ultra Soft, and I've been stressing about how I'm supposed to review a product that I wipe my butt with. It just seemed awkward to me. Luckily, something happened today that makes this much easier. My 3-year-old has had that horrible flu, and I have to chase and wrestle him just to wipe his nose -- it's that raw. Today, I convinced him to let me use the "super big roll that came in the mail," and I didn't get scratched or kicked from him trying to get away. He actually let me do it calmly. He says this is the only thing I can clean his nose with, that he can't like anything else (his words).

I liked your Ultra Soft product a lot. It was going to be the TP in my home from that point on. In the Fall of 2013, you made some changes for the worse...1) the roll was shrunk significantly, at least a 1/2 inch. 2) you changed the texture from smooth to a pattern. 3) The new rolls are shredded and uneven on the sides. 4) The rolls are crushed a bit and have to be reshapped to roll properly. 5) And, the price is the same as the previous version. Overall, new product=poor quality. I agree with others- next time please make a price adjustment and explain why. Also, I noticed any response from your company to these comments stopped in August of last year. It's unfortunate you don't respond to these complaints. I will start trying competitor products to find a new TP for the house.

If it says Charmin it is made for my household. I only buy Charmin toilet paper. I am a toilet paper snob. I spoil my family with Charmin toilet paper.

As a teenager, I decided that I would use nothing but Charmin. One day my mom and I went shopping and my mom decided to inform the young shelf stocker that I would use nothing but Charmin. It was in fact, a kid I had a crush on from school. I was embarresses as can be. But I still stand by the fact that I will use nothing but Charmin even now I when I am 37.
